My shelves are clogged with slow moving (but still moving) Bulkheads. We're starting to get wave 2, but they're moving a bit faster. I just hope wave 3 isn't forgotten in favor of Evolution

Besides all the Deluxe Insecticons on the poster (woohoo), I noticed something odd. On the poster during the livestream, Crosscut is pretty easy to see on the middle left. On Mark Maher's Instagram, the same poster is there, but a faceplated Skids is in Crosscut's place. I wonder why the difference.

This.
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

Luckily, we know wave 3 is ready for distribution. So we'll get the toys, but it will be one way or another. So yeah, if Walmart just wants to dump these off and favor Evolution, they can. But you'll still be able to get the wave 3 toys (either online or wherever Walmart dumps them). The good news here is that by removing a 4th wave, Hasbro is tidying up their schedule to coincide with the calendar, which lessens the chance of later waves being dumped, and wave 3 would be coming out for the holiday season at retail which is when retailers load up on toys.
Basically, if they kept a 4th wave with breakdown being the only new deluxe, then it could have been bad. But I don't think we'll have a problem with wave 3.
HOWEVER, in this whole switcheroo, it seems we may have lost Twincast. He was the only other new bot for wave 4:
Tra Gen legacy ev voyager Twincast
Product Number: F3059
Remember that these listings sometimes exist before a toy goes into production (like Titan Master Primal and Toraizer which never came out) so if that's the case with Twincast, then maybe he just wont come out. At least, not yet and not in the mainline.

Hasbro Designer Shows us There is no Back Kibble or Hollow Parts on Upcoming Tarn Figure
- Motto: "'till All Are One"
Below is a copy of the post designer Mark Maher did on Legacy Evolution Tarn. There are some pretty cool bits any fan of this character would enjoy, especially the part where even the transformation scheme is based on the comics.
________________________________________
All hail Takara Tomy’s Yuya Onishi san! He has knocked this IDW’s comic appearance design originally drawn by Alex Milne straight out of the park! One of my mega priorities when I finally got into designing for the Generations segment of Transformers was to have biweekly meetings with our publishing team and our IDW partners. There’s one thing I love just as much as toys, its comics! As I mentioned at Pulsecon, my big bro @kmcomicsandtoys got me into all the coolest stuff when I was a wee lil lad. So bringing Legacy Evolution Tarn to the Voyager class was high on my to do list!!
Articulation and posability for this guy is off the charts. I even pushed for the fingers to be sculpted as seen in the comic panels because I just thought they looked so evil, unique and different, and just really rad.
The EVO-Fusion capability to not only combine but to customize how you want his 2 ion fusion cannons to be placed is endless! Aaannnddd did I mention no back kibble and no hollow parts .
Transformation sequence is not only smooth but is absolutely clever and even utilizes the sequence shown in the comic panels.
Throughout this whole Legacy line you will really notice each Takara Tomy designer’s style and aesthetic. I absolutely love how both Jhiaxus and Tarn have this strong bodied Decepticon presence to them.
The baddies are really gaining some heavy weights in the line but dont you worry, the Autobot heroes have their own squad coming together that will be quite epic indeed.
The Legacy Evolution showdown has just really hit its stride! Pick your team, get ready to have the ultimate once in a lifetime battles, the likes of which you’ve never been able to have before! Make room on your shelves!!
Make sure to tune into hasbropulse for pulsecon day 2 today! You won’t want to miss the science dropping on the other brands, I’m super excited for GIJOE
Tell me who you want to see next down in the comments!!

Thanks, I will add him to the list I posted yesterday, though that makes it 9 voyagers, I don't see how that will work. What about the cheetor repacks. I know he said they'd still come out but we now have 16 deluxes (including other repacks) already confirmed for next year. I don,t see any space left for those.

Yeah, that was my reaction as well. After that last batch of leaks I threw everything we had into an Excel sheet and actually counted it out into hypothetical waves based on the order they leaked in (and this is obviously outdated now that we know both the identity of the Commander/Titan and that Skyquake may have been pushed back) and posted it, and I think the conclusion that was reached amongst those who commented on it was that we might have 5-waves-worth of listings leaked.william-james88 wrote:Nemesis Primal wrote:JTPrime's been saying that Twincast got pushed back to Evolution Wave 2, he's supposed to be Metalhawk's wavemate.william-james88 wrote:HOWEVER, in this whole switcheroo, it seems we may have lost Twincast. Wait, who are the Commander and the Titan? And what's the deal with Leo Prime and FMA?

Apparently, the "long" face of the new Lio Convoy figure looks like a character from that show. If I remember rightly, it looks more like "Copy Convoy's" face?

Can't answer the FMA question as I haven't seen it, but the Titan and Commander are HEAVILY SPECULATED now to be The Nemesis and Armada Optimus, respectively, due to that Legacy Evolution poster was shown.Bounti76 wrote:Wait, who are the Commander and the Titan? I don't know that I buy the Nemesis speculation for the Titan. I'll want to see something more than Tarn's Face But Giant, and a cryptic hint, before I give it much weight.
I have a pretty good guess what the FMA thing is. In Fullmetal Alchemist, a cute little girl named Nina, and her adorable goof of a dog, are fused into a single being (such alchemic fusions of organisms are known as chimeras); the result is a tortured mix of human and canine. It's infamous among fans of the franchise, especially since the perpetrator was her own doting father and he did it for the sake of retaining his State Alchemist status.
https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/fma/images/4/4f/Nina_ChimeraForm.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20081113020905&format=original
Anyway, the chimera in question can be seen here. I tried to embed, but Wikia is a butt about that it seems. And people are apparently comparing Lio Convoy to her.
My personal non-G1 wishes for Legacy:
1. Leader-class Railspike, Rapid Run, and Midnight Express. It would fit how tall they are in-show, and make for a Rail Racer that sizes out better with CW-style combiners
2. If. If they're willing to actually abide by the Animated style, a Leader-class (to compensate for shrinkage) do-over of Animated Starscream. Most of the full-size Animated figures are masterful translations of the designs to plastic form. But Voyager Starscream... Voyager Starscream is noticeably iffy. His legs stick out too far from the aft (and/or the nose doesn't protrude enough) in jet mode, his wings can't be angled to their proper steepness in robot mode, and his guns are completely wrong and attached to the wrong parts of his arms. So a do-over would be welcome - as long as it abides by the style.
3. Signal Lancer.
By the way... Whoever it was that hates that Powerglide is a Mini-Vehicle... Are you familiar with this toy?

You need to remove the "junk" from the image's url, after the ".jpg" part and then you can embed it:

Also, I've had problems with linking TFwiki pages at Seibertron, as (only this?) website doesn't include the extra characters after the subject term in the hyperlink (thus breaking it). I've had to manually remove the "junk" from them to post them here.

It's the second parenthesis, something about the forum doesn't like them in address, I think it's related to the smilies.

Not pictures*, but the URLs to character pages. For example:
The above link was found by clicking on a few links at the main page. Notice that the last "bracket" from the URL has not been included in the hyperlink at Seibertron, resulting in a broken link.
Thus, we need to edit and remove the "excess" words from the original URL to make it work at Seibertron:
However, this will take use to the "disambiguation" page, making it all but impossible to directly link to to TFWiki page for the "G1 Great War" by simply copying and pasting the URL in a post at Seibertron.
*OP's original reply mentioned that they had no problems pasting images (from TFWiki), which my post was in response to.

I know you tend to be quick on the draw when it comes to replying so I wondered if I'd be able to edit my post before you noticed. Apparently not, yet you somehow still quoted my rewrite.

The more I see pictures of Tarn, the more I'm exited!
And the weird thing is I never read the IDW comics nor care about them. Still, I think the IDW designs are among the best the TF universes offered.

I replied to the original, but my screen seemed to judder/refresh as I posted. I then noticed my original reply, yet with your addended one instead of the original I replied to. As such, I needed to add a disclaimer about the edit, as you had not. Usually, if such a substantial change has been made to a reply, it's usually prudent to admit to that. Something like "Changed due to inaccuracy, see reply below" or just the original reply, followed by "Edit: - ...", followed by new text with the changes.
Also, I'm not really "quick on the draw", but as I'm on mobile, all replies to threads I've replied to are emailed to me. It's another limitation of this site, as I would rather just see only replies to my own posts, and only see notifications at the site, rather than as email notifications. However, this isn't possible at Seibertron.

I'm not sure why this board dislikes trailing brackets in URLs but you can bypass it by using the url embed syntax: For example
- Code: Select all
For example
