We just got Siege Soundwave reissued in Legacy last year and recently Mark Maher basically confirmed a few live streams ago (in April?) that the next Soundwave would be a new mold that matches the same size as Blaster.

It's starting to look like a fairly big nothing burger for me, the only Bot I'm actively interested in is a new DLX Class Powerglide. That is about minibots that I want updated. Then I'm really wanting to see good close up images of Hound and hope that it's not that light in color as originally seen.

Soundwave does NOT need an all-new new Leader Class toy. They could re-release the Netflix one and it would be immensely popular. I think many of us think this still might be the case, just adding in perhaps a couple Casette minions to get it to the Leader price point ( Basically the exact same as what the Netflix release was previously) That is what passes for a Leader Class currently.

I gotta say I'm kinda disappointed in Leader Armada Megatron. The new figure is smaller and quite frankly duller than the original. Definitely not worth leader price, it's barely a head taller than a voyager. The only things it has over the original are better leg articulation and IMO it scales better with the original Optimus cab. Otherwise this thing is a glorified voyager.

Thinking about it, I cancelled both of my preorders of Leader Armada Megs and Commander Armada OP. I already have the originals and both are displayed in the overflow room, behind more figures. So getting the updates is pointless.
...that is, until a sale happen.

Yeah I wish I waited for a sale as well. I don't regret it necessarily, because the new figure is a great display piece versus the original being the better actual toy, and I mainly just display my figures and not play with them too much. And I always loved Armada in all aspects. Toys, cartoon and comic. So new Megatron stays.
