Thats a good thing. While Override was relatively easy to find, the "great Cosmos shortage of 2022" will be talked about for years to come. Glad those that missed Shadowstrip are getting another shot.

I got Animated Prowl today, and while I personally like it, I get the feeling that this mould will be unpopular because of how different it is from the original design, like the Prime Universe figures. Still, it's a good effort, and as a standalone figure he does look very nice, the only real problem I have with it is the hands don't hold the shuriken very well.

Tarn is a miracle for Transformers fan. An official transformable Tarn in the generations line at last!
But why... Oh why... WHY THE FULL CLEAR PLASTICS CHEST PANEL?
There is a step in the transformation that require you to apply a bit of force to peg it in place. And the thing is held by some tiny hinges that are about the same size as a grain of sand. All in very brittle clear plastics. That hinge shattered in seconds. Normally, such hinges are made in solid plastics that are meant to pop off and back in if it's forced the wrong way. But not here.
They could have made that chest piece in two parts. A normal solid piece with a "window" in clear. But no. This fatal design flaw ruined everything. A shame.
So yeah, mine was returned at Amazon for the full refund. Unless they fix that chest panel, I'll be skipping that Tarn.

My copy hasnt snapped but it DID pop off the first time i transformed him back, which freaked me out but it clipped back on with zero issue. But hey, i always think its best to let the community know if theres a chance for breakage! Sorry to hear your copy had the shatters

The only way for me to buy a L. Tarn again is if there's some DNA Design upgrade kit that would replace that chest panel entirely. I saw one of the hinge stressing, bending, breaking, then flying away to Kingdom Come.
Now each and every times if I'm about to see a Tarn, I'll need a trigger warning.

Call me crazy, but that G2 Grimlock looks like it has an IDW styled head sculpt 
Sorry to hear bouts ur Tarn break. I wish
would stop pretty much altogether with the clear plastic. Too breakage prone. Painted windows look much, much better to me. Half the time I put reprolabel stickers on them anyway. I dont want to see a bunch of mashed up parts in there if it has no actual interior.

Speaking of clear plastics, some toys like SS86 Ironhide make me nervous with all those panels entirely made out of clear plastics. There's nothing to see through those windows anyway. And when I'll buy the Reprolabels, They cover the windows regardless. But the clear remains.
Clear plastics should only be used for windows/spotlights but only if surrounded by a frame of solid opaque plastics. Sure, this increase the parts count but on deluxes and even voyagers, most of theses windows are useless anyway.
