I like them both. Colour wise, the mold buddy that didn't work for me was Ratchet, that white was too plain.
But Inferno and Grapple have enough differences to be fun regardless of the colour.

Possibly, I won't know as I won't be pursuing that figure. When it comes to MP's I'm sticking more to the US characters rather than the Japanese exclusive ones.
