this fan fic will cover the repercussions of the beast wars affecting generation 1 after the reenergizing of cybertron during the headmaster miniseries(energon surge from supercharged cybertron slams into earth,undoing statis lock on numerous bw characters who were thought to have died)this will involve retconning some deaths sequences(more specifically those that involved the character being disintegrated)more to come...

i am trying to brainstorm about tm2 dinobot a little more cause the more i think about it the less i think he should be a direct double so any suggestitions would be helpful.i am possibly thinking about classic grimlock for original dinobot and 10th beast megs for tm2 dino

for those wondering why i am including the cassette masters,they are to be the field commanders for the respective teams,both having been upgraded into triplechangers with a car alt mode.i am trying to add some aspects of tf headmasters into this with sw and bl upgrading into sb and tb

When I read the beginning of this thread thats exactly what I was thinking.

BTW I voted Code of Honor because you could use the double meaning of Code (ie: Computer Code)

very nice,js.i am going to go with cl grimlock as dinobot and 10th ann beast megs as dinobot 2.....though i may need new names for these two(maybe dinobus in homage to metalsamamon's myth wars fanfic)and possibly rampage for dinobot2....poll time!

but wasn't rampage a completely different beastwars character? If you are changing the names (which I don't feel is absolutely necessary) and you are doing dinobus then the evil version should either be something like nemesis dinobot, dark dinobus, dinotron, ext.

I think Dinobus should be a triple changer - from robot to velociraptor to coach. Yes.

I'm not quite sure why you'd need to change the names, to be honest. Dinobot, I'd've thought, would be fine as is... although I can see why TM2 Dinobot might take a different name. Although I'd disagree with Jim regarding the whole "Dark" and "Nemesis" crap - I think he should go in a different direction.

yea, I didn't really like the names, it's just if good = dinobot + optimus = dinobus,
then it would stand to reason that evil = dinobot + megatron = dinotron
or when renaming an optimus in an evil form adding the prename "dark" or "nemesis"

Like I said though, I didn't think it was necessary.

Quite right too. The thing that made Beast Machines most interesting was the fact the Maximals had the odds stacks so squarely against them.

just doing some ideas on paper on the tigatron wondering which face you mean to use the bw cgi face or the standard Toy face

thinking about laying hands on a a cheetor to do a headswap with

you could get the cheap black cat ones as those are the same heads on all tigatron , cheetor and black panther. So its not much difference unless you mean the x9 head which was also a tigatron

a quick idea to the tigatron using the standard bw head from the toy

Looks nice, ERB. Though personally, I'm not sure about the face on the chest. Maybe something a little more stylised - like a cat's eyes design teamed with a set of stripes...

i thought that after but was just using reference from the bw series in general will work on a digi bash in general just not sure on which head would be the best if you are going for the standard head i looked at the cybertron helicopter and thats a close one to use for tigatron In general for the cats based on the toys in general its a thought will sort out some digi bashes for the ideas in general. So to get a over view of the pieces for ideas

sorry i meant tm cheetor's head,it has a little more feline quality to it
