Anyhow, I'll be the first to say this in this thread... Don't call it a comeback.

My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.

But even without that, I've always noticed that the retro trend of any era is based on 20 prior.
ie, the 90's revolved around the 70's
So even with shows like the Unicron Trilogy trying to bury the franchise, the toys still rocked. Top that with the fact that the kids being told "NO" by Mom all those years ago now have money of their own. You gotta expect it.
What concerns me is the year 2010 when the 90's retro fad hits, what are we going to do, base everything on everything we remembered

My only concern in the year 2010 is that we actually CAN remember things considering how old some of us will be getting...

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.

The prequel movies came out after a long hiatus. Star Wars is a huge franchise.
What will happen to the TF franchise, though?
