Starscream is the only figure from the first wave of PotP that I have yet to see in the wild. In fact, I have only seen ONE voyager on store shelves at all, that one being Grimlock. Since you say its arriving next week, I assume you ordered online? I haven't seen any Voyagers yet. I know a few online retailors have them in stock, but I didn't want to pay higher prices plus shipping...

I really like the design for his robot mode, and it's the main reason I am looking forward to him. I ordered all the PotP wave 1 guys yesterday Save the leaders and Grimlock, whom I didn't see on amazon or HTS in stock for a good price. My legends, Prime masters, and Jazz should come Friday or saturday, and the other 3 deluxes and Scream next week from amazon, plus Chromia and the Ramhorn TM wave from BBTS

Oh wow! I just noticed thanks to you that Amazon has the voyagers at normal price, and free shipping with Prime woo hoo! I guess all I saw before was scalper listings, good to know there are some legit ones out there. Man...I REALLY hope provides news soon of their plans for the voyagers, whether they will be in box sets for combiners or not...I would love the complete set packaging despite the fact the toys will most likely be exactly the same, but I don't want to miss out on this good deal because of waiting...

I guarantee you are going to LOVE the Legends class figures. All three new molds are fantastic, fun, and well done. I can't speak to the Prime Masters yet (for Target reasons), but the Deluxes are very good. Jazz is probably the stand-out, but Slag and Swoop are great updates of their G1 selves. I'm even impressed with Dreadwind, despite his being a heavy Combiner Wars Arialbot retool. The attention to detail, copious paint applications, use of transparent plastics, and extra care to fide the combiner pegs in both alternate mode and robot mode really elevate these figures above the Combiner War Deluxes. I hope you find a good deal on the Leader figures soon too. I'm very happy with mine.

Thanks for this heads up! Grim was $49.99 when I saw him yesterday, and thanks to this I looked and he was down to his $24.99, so I got him today, with free shipping thanks to a comic!

Now I just gotta find the leaders. Hoping to do so at Walmart, I have gift cards from Christmas

I'm curious if they really release the combiners as complete box sets in the PotP line or release them in the Legends line as a continuation of the Unite Warriors subline. That's another possibility, I guess.

Since day one I've really been hoping for a continuation of Unite Warriors, but I figure we'll know one way or another all in due time.

I'm still waiting on final production pics for both Elita-1 and Optimal.....and am hoping for some surprise announcements.

Even though the latter should cover the spectrum of Beast Wars Primal incarnations, I wonder if it will replace my Transmetal original....I'd also like to see Prime Master Bludgeon!

Lot numbers would be perfect, to see if it's just one run, or several. I'd also suggest keeping an eye out for this error in future waves, to see when Hasbro catches on

He's a mixed bag, best approached if you're not expecting anything more than a great bot mode, and fun combiner shenanigans with some weird headmaster in weird places stuff. He can't transform into a vehicle, so there's that, but the feet are great and hold some wicked poses on a surface with some friction. I find he looks his best with all slim limbs, like the decepti-jets.

I recently bought the first wave of POTP and I got an Amalgamous Slash with some obvious misprint in all english repeated four times. Just wondering if any one else got this with POTP cards. I also figured out a way to add Slash to the combiner by tucking her robot legs under the shoulder pads at the back giving Volcanius more dimension on the back side instead of the flat back. Share any other ideas for combos if you got them!Also I used Kylo Ren lightsaber light up chopstick for a weapon!

She looks cool in dino mode and, maybe it's Jurassic Park influence, but I swear she would look even cooler in a group of three.

However, I think Slash is probably the best news and the best toy of the whole POTP line, including the ones not revealed yet, because it proves we can have brand new characters outside G1, accepted and loved by the fans (from what I see).

Creating *new* characters within the narrative or the original Transformers fiction really is a mixed bag. Some work, and some don't. My personal opinions don't really seem to conform to the norm,. but off the top of my head...

Sunstorm - Great character, (I'm a DW fan...sue me.. )

Drift - He's ok I guess, I'm pretty middle of the road when it comes to him

Windblade - not a fan at all, but I know I'm in the minority.

The Torchbearers/Victorion - They get an automatic from be because they are a Combiner.

Slash - I really appreciate the look and design. She really does look as though she could fit in with the original 5 Dinobots. Since JP made Velociraptors overly famous, I'm not a fan of the jumping on of the fad, but I consider it a product of the times. I'd love to see more new Dinobots that have this aesthetic. I guess only time will tell.

I know there are a host of other new characters introduced by IDW comics that aren't toy tie-ins, but there really isn't one that stands out to me as absolutely great. I know they all have their fans, but most of them are quite forgettable to me.

A toy for Stardrive would be nice. Should have been done in the Titans Return line because she's a triple-changer but her modes aren't different from each other so maybe a Deluxe class would do it as well. Even a combiner one with two more modes for limbs so she would be a quintuple-changer.

Regular news source from weibo, user NOTRAB, has uploaded an image of the fully completed combiner of the Transforemrs: Power of the Primes toyline, featuring five Dinobots in one: Volcanicus!

The first two limbs and the torso - namely Slug, Swoop and Grimlock respectively - were all part of wave 1 of the toyline, in deluxe and voyager classes. The final two figures, which are used here as an arm and a leg, are Sludge and Snarl, both in thhe deluxe class again.
