Actually they're a team of Aerial Bots it's in the name. One could be a Zeppelin, Kite or a bird and the theme would still be valid.

A Rhino and a Buffalo in a team of Predators...??

If speed is the issue then why accept a Lorry in a team of Race/Stunt Cars?

I like the idea of the 6th (or 7th) new member of the traditional combiner teams but I didn't like that older established characters like Powerglide were made part of the combiner teams however logical that was :-P

Seriously, though, it's sad that Hasbro couldn't retool the arms for Blades to get rid of the missiles. They did that for the helicopter twins for Victorion, and they didn't even have to! No one would have batted an eye if they were equipped with missiles! Why couldn't they give a actual rescue helicopter the same attention to detail in a group composed entirely of RESCUE vehicles!?

While you wait for your to arrive, we have some nice in hand images to tide you over coming from the Hobbymizer facebook page and the hatenablog. We get our best look yet at Dastard, the Titan Master, which is made to resemble the Battle Beast Prickly Porcupine / Hedgehog (image below for comparison).

We see the myriad of ways that the weapons integrate in both modes, like wings for Repugnus' monster mode, and how they interact with Dastard. Check out these images until the very end where you will see Repugnus with each of his three possible robot heads.

Everyone knows Vortex came first, with headswaps being the primary name of the game. Reshells are only justified when two more suitable characters can be found for the alternate heads.

Just changing gears for a moment. Does anyone happen to know how much "Throne of the Primes" sold for at SDCC? I'm just trying to consider purchasing options. The nice thing is :TAKARATOMY:

making this a regular release will making scalping these hopefully less likely, if people are patient that is. TT PotP Leader Class are selling on 3P sites for $65 (as opposed to US $50 Retail). So even with the added Prime Masters, if people miss out on HTS on August 13th, where they will sell for $70, I cant imagine 3P pre-orders being more than $90 or $95 (which is what the last couple Legends Leaders were/are going for). It would be interesting to see if the pre-orders for the TT one are available prior to August 13th, if/how that will effect sales on HTS. I mean I know they will sell out in short order, but I know some people that are willing to be patient and wait 6 months to get them at a decent price rather than pay 2X retail scalper prices on eBay once HTS sells out.
