Transformers: Prime and Rescue Bots Are Being Removed From Netflix

We have some sad news that Transformers: Prime and Transformers Rescue Bots seasons are being taken off of Netflix. Thanks to a tip from That_Guy we have a list from lifehacker.com that tells us which shows are going to be taken away. The list specifically mentions Transformers Prime seasons 2-3 and Transformers Rescue Bots seasons 2-4 are leaving August 16th. This most likely means that the first season of both of these shows will stay. If you do not want Netflix to remove these shows there is something you can do to help. Use the Netflix Request feature to tell them what shows you are interested in watching.

I don't think so. Too many people would complain about it and request them back. If they do get removed I don't think it would last.

That's exactly what I thought would happen when Doctor Who (both old and new) was taken off Netflix in 2016. So many people were upset about that, and after more than two years, it still hasn't been brought back.

aww, not my Transformers Prime! I was just flipping through some of the many highlight episodes. the Cinematic beauty that is the Season 2 Finale, the many great Characters, my favorite Andorian as my favorite Medic, even the humans were not terrible.

Netflix cares not for your non-Netflix produced shows. They are placeholders to boost their library and used to draw you in and get your money to produce their own til eventually every show on Netflix is made by Netflix and they gets all the monies.
I have anxiety, depression and aspergers syndrome so my behaviour can be erratic. I don't mean offense to anyone. Just very picky about my Transformers collecting. You're all cool! 
Likes: Bayverse, Marvel UK G1, Geoff Senior art, '86 movie (more for style/soundtrack rather than Star Wars plot)
Dislikes: Bumblebee movie (lousy rehashed dumb crud), TFA, G1 cartoon, IDW G1, BW/BM, MP. The entire concept of Autobot Megatron

Yea, as much as I like Prime. My son(3) and I have been watching Rescue Bots together a lot. Very sad both are going, I thought it was weird though it was all but their first seasons.

Just noticed it said the same date for Robots in Disguise ad I was playing it for my son. Aug 14 or 16 I forgot but it showed up on the screen as being available intil then.

Robots in Disguise and Rescue Bots are both down to season 1 only in Canada.
What really stinks is that Netflix Canada never got the second half of season 3 of Robots in Disguise (or season 4 or whatever those Ultra Bee episodes were).

Season 3 was the last 26 episodes. The six-episode Starscream arc that came after the 13-episode Season 2 was a mini-series made between Season 2 and 3 as a follow-up addendum to Season 2, but was a separate production on its own so it's viewed as its own mini-season both internally and by third parties like Netflix.WiseMan wrote:Robots in Disguise and Rescue Bots are both down to season 1 only in Canada.
