Cyberverse Commanders Megs, Prime, Bulky and SS.
I'm dazzled by how good these commanders look, and the articulation is well done.

After 'setting' them up, the stickers are really stupid IMO. Hasbro wins this round. The Microns are cool though.. I don't know if I made a right decision..

I know he's identical to PCC Pinpoint, but the packaging fits with the rest of the campaign Microns I've been collecting.

Let me tell you that I was COMPLETELY IMPRESSED by these cyberverse figures. All of them have very impressive vehicle modes and each one of them had a COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED AND AMAZING transformation scheme! Give a rase to the designers, they are pure GENIUS!.
Arcee was just meh...
I'm not a fan of the energon weapons, but if they appear in the show, I would like them more.
So far, I'm impressed with the TF Prime Robot in Disguise line. Deluxe Wheeljack is one more awesome thing to add to the whole.
I'm looking forward for the rest.

Received my Wave 3 case from site-sponsor, Kapow Toys. The whole came in at £110, posted. Thats £13.75 a deluxe! Given that the UK RRP is £12.99 AND I've secured Wave 2 & 3, the extra 76p is a no-brainer!

I think cases me be the way of the future....

Yup I am. When I was a kid the equivilant of a deluxe was $4.99 so it's a bit disheartening that a deluxe these days are nearly $15 after taxes. I didn't really mind paying $10 for a deluxe because I believe that the quality is good enough to pay that price on most figures, but with the new Prime ones, they're really starting to get overpriced.
Give me one good reason why the commander class figures have been bumped up to $10. The only reason I can think of is because of that stupid dvd they included with them. It's even worse that when a month ago when Walmart first put out their Prime figures, they were at the DOTM price point, but for some reason when they put out wave 2 they've been bumped up $3.

Wait wait wait...
15$ AFTER taxes? And you DARE to complain? Here, in Canada, the regular price BEFORE taxes is 15$. It's even 16 or 17$, still before taxes. Add a15% of taxes... I'm not talking about Zellers with their shelfwarming Generation figures at 20$+tax and the new RiD Prime figures at 25$+taxes.
In Europe, the standard deluxe is 30$ plus taxes.
As for the commanders, they are 10$ plus taxes in Canada. NO DVD AT ALL IS INCLUDED.
I think Hasbro and the retailers are tired to not make a dime of profit in the USA. So they slowly but surely reagust the super hyper cheap Amarican prices (almost at cost goddamit!) and they reajust them to the level of the rest of the world.
I just hope that by increasing the ever dirt cheap American prices, they would reduce the european prices a little to reach some kind of equilibrium.

Someone beat me to Bulkhead and given that they were $13.50AUD (ON SPECIAL!) I grabbed Prime and Megatron.
Prime's alright, still think the alt mode needs flames.
Megatron however ... WTF is that alt mode suppose to be? Flap my man boobs out in front and spread my legs and call me a space ship?
He needs to be a tank. Seriously Hasbro. He's one of the most iconic evil figures in history and you make him out to be ... something that just looks stupid.

I'd sooner blame importing fees and general taxes for your higher costs than I would Hasbro wanting to sell them "super cheap" to the US. You guys have some higher end taxes than we don't. For example: the so-called Sin Taxes that jack prices up on things like alcohol and cigarettes (someone I met from Ontario was rather shocked when she discovered the alcohol she purchased at home was 2-3 times more expensive than a Florida store). Hell, your gas is more expensive than ours too, but I can't remember if that falls under the Sin Taxes or not. I imagine toys get whacked by the same general concept of higher taxes.
