I was surprised to find a Ratchet at Target today. Other than that there was one Soundwave and about 6 each of Bee, Cliff and Wheeljack. No PRID Arcee's (which I don't mind since I ha e the FE Arcee which I feel is the superior toy to the PRID version).

Lucky bastards. I can't find either of those figures anywhere.

Hold out hope, my friend. Hell, I never thought I'd get a Wheeljack or Soundwave, but now that most of the big retailers in the area have started carrying the PRID line, they're all over the place (well, at least the Wheeljacks are). I get the feeling that in a couple of months we'll have more PRID than we know what to do with.

Check targets and toysrus the most over walmarts. Just found rid Arcee at my local target. If you also have dotm topspin take the two guns on the side of the car and give them to arcee to replace her BFG.

Finally got voyager Megatron. He's a bit of a disappointment actually - I could tell he was too short before comparing him to OP. No bicep swivel and his collar gets in the way of his head. He needs kitbashing.

More importantly. A friend of us went to Taiwan for vacation and she helped me picked up a Hasbro version First Edition Bulkhead. I'm finally done hunting for this guy. Now only she is still staying there for another two weeks.

She was back few days ago and until last night I finally got my FE Bulkhead. THIS FAT GUY IS AWESOME!!!!!

got lucky at a couple Walmarts today, picked up Deluxe Ratchet in one and Cyberverse Optimus, Bulkhead, Starscream, and Megatron in another. all i need now is Arcee

After a slow start I have managed to pick up that are out so far.

The stores around me are stuffed with Prime, BB, WJ, and CJ but the others are much tougher to find. Ive only see one of Ratchet, Arcee and Soundwave which I snagged. I got all of them at Target except for Soundwave which was at TRU ($14.95, really?)

So far I really Soundwave and WJ. Both have minimal kibble and look good in either mode. I like Megatron as a figure but his alt mod kinda sucks. Prime and the others are all decent. Glad there are only a few figures out right now. They are gonna be my mulligan for missing out on the generations figures early on.

I finally grabbed Ratchet this morning off TRU.com after missing him the first two times he was available, grabbed him and Cliffjumper. Know the price is a rip off but I don't drive so retail isn't really an option.

Already have RID Wheeljack, Soundwave, and Megatron. Can grab FE Bee anytime I have a reason to order from HTS or BBTS so no rush there. Actually prefer RID Cliff & Vehicon to FE ones. On the fence about the better Arcee. Praying FE Prime, Starscream and Bulkhead get reissued like they said they were looking into.

Will the figures for Prime come out in larger quantities eventually like Dark of the Moon did? So far I've only been able to get one or two figures from Prime because my store hasn't put out anything. So will the stuff like Soundwave, Cliffjumper, Arcee, etc eventually be out in bigger numbers and be easier to obtain like the Dark of the Moon line?

Yes. Prime/RiD is the new main line, so the new figures will be around everywhere at some point.

I went to Walmart today and found a commander class Bulkhead and Starscream. They didn't have any deluxes besides 2 bumblebees that they've had for around a month now.

I could FINALY get a RiD Tf at a decent price. I passed on Cliffjumper (superior FE is superior) and beside Bumblebee, they had ONE Wheeljack left.

Man, I am impressed!

Generation Wheeljack is not too good just by himself. Prime's Wheeljack not only blow the Generation's one out of the water, he sunk him to the abyss!

RiD Prime's Wheeljack have a perfect vehicle mode, an amazing, original, and fun transformation, and no back-kibble at all!

If I see another on sale, I'll get my second one for sure.

Well screw me I guess. I just got an email saying they don't have the Ratchet I was told I'd managed to by before they went out of stock. Meaning I am not getting my figure and am paying 6 bucks shipping for just a single deluxe. Never buying from them again....

Just got Ratchet this morning, it was the first time I saw him at retail around here. Surprisingly, it's a much better-looking figure than I expected. Goes well with Animated Ratchet and Specialist Ratchet. Now all I need is Classics (or Universe) Ratchet...

Picked up a RID Arcee and Ratchet the other day. They're pretty good, though I'm kinda kicking myself for getting the Hasbro Ratch when I know that the Takara Ratch is gonna be a better shade of red, and probably with better grey paint apps. I didn't like how Ratch's crotch was white when his animation model is grey. The fake chest and shoulders kibble is pretty funny when you realize that the front of the truck become the feet.

RID Arcee is pretty looking from the front, but she looks pretty hunchbacked from the side and she only has silver paint apps, no pink anywhere. She also only comes with one arm blade, and a CRAZY looking G1 Cliffjumper sized WTF gun. From a collector's standpoint the FE Arcee is much better, but for the KIDS RID Arcee is much easier to transform.

Still, much better than the movieverse slag I've been pawing over again and again at every Wal-Mart and Target.
