Yeah, BB does look decent in BH form. I would have got him to, but then I saw the Night Shadow Bumblebee which is really nice.

Indeed, seeing how much I'm enjoying BH DX BB, I'm going to pick up the Night Shadow version as well. The only thing I wish was different with the NS variant is the out of place blue plastic for the missiles and parts of the Eagleshot bow.

Grabbed myself a Transformers Prime (Beast Hunters) Deluxe Smokescreen at the weekend from department store Beales, of all places!



Just need a Breakdown, Shockwave, BH Optimus and (should it ever happen) a Voyager sized Hardshell and thats me done with this line!

Perhaps if the Predaking goes on sale I may pick him up as well just for completions sake?

Oh, and what the hell where Hasbro thinking when they released TFPrime Voyager Ultra Magnus, only to release him again some months later using the remolded TFPrime Voayger Optimus mold..?

I also managed to snag a Smokescreen yesterday. I like him, although I may have lost his missile already. And that elbow kibble is obnoxious.

Oh, and what the hell where Hasbro thinking when they released TFPrime Voyager Ultra Magnus, only to release him again some months later using the remolded TFPrime Voayger Optimus mold..?

Presumably they didn't realize Magnus was going to appear on the show when they started planning out the PRID Toyline, and by the time they did, they just said screw it and threw him in anyway. We think that design is based on his generic Aligned concept art. Besides, his two toys are at least more visually different from each other than the BH retools from their originals.

Speaking of Beast Hunters Smokescreen, mine is about be booted right off my Prime shelf.

I ordered GO! Hunter Smokescreen last night and am expecting him between this Tuesday and Thursday. It's gonna be great, as this will be the last in-show Autobot I collect from the Prime line.

Hey fellow alien robot lovers!

Not really a 'haul' but a couple of questions...

So the current Transformers cartoon 'Prime' is ending.
I have almost got together a complete line of all the screened characters apart from a couple but wanted opinions on the two Predaking figures available right now.

If I wanted to pick up a screen accurate version, which would fit the bill?

I would like to keep a reasonable scale thing going, so looking at the cartoon we see Predaking looking HUGE in beast mode but fairly tall in robot mode up against Megatron etc.

I have read mixed reviews on both the Voyager Predaking and the larger Beast Fire Predaking.

My current collection tries to stick to the Deluxe figures with Voyagers for the respective leaders and the bigger guys.

Not too worried about price as the Voyager is quite reasonable whereas the Ultra/Supreme (?) will have to wait for a clearance sale.

Anyone got both figures? Pros n cons?

I like Voyager Predaking very much. Highly articulated and looks great in both modes. As far as scale is concerned, Robot = scaled with fellow mainlines, Dragon = scaled with Cyberverse

Beast Fire Predaking, in my opinion, looks alright in robot mode but horrid in dragon mode. Not my favorite of the two.

I unfortunately only have the Voyager in-hand.

It's been while since I had bought any Prime stuff, but this past week I picked up Voyager BH Prime, Ultra Magnus and Shockwave. I also picked up the cyberverse Shockwave, Predaking, Hardshell, Soundwave, Smokescreen, and Airachnid. I ordered an AM final battle Megatron also.

Canadian retail finally got BH Ultra Magnus, so I picked him up yesterday at Target.

It feels rather odd to have seen a brand new Transformers cartoon come and go.
Two and a half seasons just wasnt enough of Transformers Prime, and now reading all the posts of folk who have completed (or about to) their Prime screened characters is just weird!

I am not picking up anything smaller than Deluxe, except maybe a Cyberverse Arcee (for scale..maybe?), but just added these two fellas to my collection...



Just need to pick up a Voyager Breakdown/and/or Silas, Gaia Unicron (keep forgetting about him), Voyager Nemesis Prime (keep forgetting him too!), Voyager Shockwave, Voyager Ultra Magnus (Optimus retool), a couple of the Deluxe Air Vehicons, and also a Hardshell but he only seems to be available in a Commander scale which is way too small?

Has there been a larger Hardshell made and if not, WHY NOT?

I guess I should maybe pick up Darksteel and Skylynx as they made an appearance in Predacons Rising!

I just got the deluxe Airachnid. This is my first non-G1 figure.

She was one of my favorite characters on Transformers Prime and one of the best TF characters to come along in quite awhile in my opinion. Obviously the toy has a lot of flaws, but I liked the character too much not to pick it up.

It is a shame she won't be getting anymore/better molds.

Its also too bad there are no great 3rd party upgrade kits for her.
