This is news many of you have been patiently awaiting, the highly anticipated Transformers Prime "First Edition" Figures have been sighted at US retail. The Deluxe wave featuring Bumblebee, Arcee, and Starscream has started to show up in Texas. TFW2005's woolypanda found the figures at a Fort Worth Toys"R"Us, and TFormers' puma found them at an Irving Toys"R"Us. Let the hunt begin!

The packaging on these are amazing, I'd almost want to keep em in package when displaying. Hopefully they show up in Bellingham soon

I don't believe there are any differences in the actual figures, this is just the preview wave, and as you said fancy packaging.

I believe it's just fancy packaging, except for Cliffjumper who is getting an entirely new mold in the mainline in 2012. I have also heard that the Bumblebee in the mainline is going to come with 2 guns instead of one.

I just hope these things are out in VA. We don't normally get anything until months after everyone else. I've only seen 2 DOTM Ironhides, one if which I bought. Animated Arcee didn't come out until well after everyone else got one, but when they came out, there where an abundance of them. So hopefully I can find these. I think I'm going to take a chance tomorrow.

Im only interested in 1 figure from wave 1 but no way is it worth $12.99 ($14 after tax). But for those that want these it would probably be smart to get them as soon as you can cause once TRU finds out these are popular the price will start to increase, just look at the classic thundercats line it started at $15 and now they're $20 all because TRU is the only place you can find them. Every 2 weeks the price jumped up a dollar. Hell look at generations, they started at $9.99 like all the other figures then slowly started to rise in price, now they're $15 when every one else sells them for around $11. The fandom needs to try and organize a boycott or something to try and stop this crap, or just learn to control themselves and they're addiction.

More the fact that people need to stop hoarding like, ALL shelved figures of Wreck-gar, or Jazz, or some other highly desired figure, all to hoard em/sell em off later for more or whatever the hell else. NOTE: The SKNs are for the assortment/class and not the individual figures themselves.
There you go. Should make it much easier to help you find them. Good luck! (BTW, UPCs are pretty much useless. I was able to use them to get the SKNs, but they made it clear, albeit politely, and rather firm that they need the SKNs instead.)
