I've already answered this. No, Cliffjumper is not part of Wave 1 of the first Edition figures. He is Wave 2 of the First Edition figures.

Prime toys have become a convoluted mess. First Edition has one wave only, with a revision to the Deluxe case assortment. Wave 1 is Arcee, Bumblebee, Starscream. (2x, 2x, 4x respectively, iirc.) Wave 1.5 shuffles the numbers around a bit and includes Cliffjumper as the shortpack.

There is no wave 2 to the First Edition series. What's currently available, plus the revision to include Cliffjumper is what we're getting. The Cliffjumper with the axe and remolded body will come out in March in TransFormers Prime: Robots In Disguise, the official line.

Hope this clears up some of the confusion.

Thanks for the heads up! I myself am confused to as I thought there was only 1 wave of 1st edition prime figures.

I stand corrected. While there is no second wave, the revision makes Arcee, not Cliffjumper, the shortpack. The 1.5 case is Arcee x1, Bumblebee x3, Cliffjumper x2, Starscream x2.

Voyagers will have no revision and are packed in this manner: Bulkhead x1, Optimus Prime x3.

The Entertainment Pack is either 2 or 4 to a case.

Plus there's a role play item coming, no additional waves for it either.

First Editions:

Arcee (D), Bulkhead (V), Bumblebee (D), Cliffjumper (D), Megatron (D), Optimus Prime (V), Optimus Prime (D), Starscream (D), Unnamed Role Play item. That's it. That's all there is to it until March.

First Edition has THREE waves of Deluxes.

Wave 1: Arcee, Starscream, Bumblebee
Wave 2: Cliffjumper
Wave 3: Vehicon, Terrorcon Cliffjumper







Robots in Disguise Deluxe Wave 1 consists of:
Wheeljack, Soundwave, Bumblebee (new mold), Cliffjumper (new mold)

I already have one Starscream, but purchased another to keep in the box. I also bought two Arcee figures for this reason. I'm sure I'll see Bumblebee floating around for quite awhile. I already have the NYCC version anyway.

Think of the First Edition toys as merely a few Preview figures, while the Robots in Disguise figures are the actual main line.

It's like when the Movie lines had their own sets of Preview figures before the main line hit retail:

• Movie 1 - Deluxe class Protoform Optimus Prime and Deluxe class Protoform Starscream
• ROTF - Deluxe class Bumblebee and Deluxe class Soundwave
• DOTM - Cyberverse Commander class Optimus Prime "Limited Edition Preview Pack"

Only difference this time being that, instead of having one or two preview figures, there are nine.

Has anyone found the voyagers or entertainment pack yet?

Based on the pictures alone, I can't tell many differences in the RID Bumblebee either. He still looks like he has monkey arms. I'm also afraid about the way Wheeljack holds his swords. They do not look straight to me. Pure speculation though.

1st edition, yes, as far as we know anyway. Some speculation has come that Target will get them because someone mentioned Target has the SKU's for them already. Time will tell that one.

It'd be bad business though if Hasbro only sold them through TRU when the line hits full retail in March. So on those terms it would make sense that the main line will be in general retail stores like Walmart and Target. We'll have to wait and see though.

Singapore has also released 1st edition with CJ and the voyagers. Hurry go grab your Arcee and Bulkhead before they are all gone..

You sure bought BB being a new mold? He REALLY seems like the same mold, with 2 guns. Although i can tell CJ is a new mold with his warhammer thingy...

I'm going by what we know thus far. Until any new info is released to confirm or deny this, I'm going with what we have for now.

FOR NOW they're only available at TRU and through online retailers like BBTS, but that only applies to this special "First Edition" 2011 wave. In 2012, the TF Prime "Robots in Disguise" figures will be available at all retailers.

First Edition is also showing up in Target's computers. It's possible they'd be released in December's reset.

I've got Starscream and Arcee and they are AMAZING. Nearly dead-on screen accurate and super posable. And no stupid gimmicks It's also nice buying painted toys again.

I cannot wait for voyager Optimus and Bulkhead...and the rest of the line
