Megatron and Unicron occupy the same mind space within the same body.
And Soundwave. Holy smoke, Soundwave was completely missing from this movie!

Yish, addressing spoilers out of context makes my head hurt. My thoughts are pretty much the same, but I wanted to call these particulars out
1&2 go together so here goes:
If Megatron is dead and can't go to the all-spark, making him go to Unicron instead, A) is he in "Limbo" (Like we really need another region of not-space for that word...) or in a Unicron based Allspark? Does this in a roundabout way show what the Cybertronian allspark looks like? A bunch of Cybertronians walking around the body of a sleeping god talking to each other? Cause to this point its always sounded more like a mixing pot and one's distinctiveness tends to fade.
And to that same point, we've killed a lot of Dark Energon infused cybertronians already. Vehicons, mostly, although Prime tends to handle those more like spark bearing Cybertronians in matching uniforms than anything else. But if they're dead, and we kiled poor Cliffy back in Season 1 with Energon breath, why doesn't he get drawn to Unicron? And if Skyquake expires in the Shadowzone, what about his spark, will he return to Unicron? He did have a lifesign, as did Cliffjumper, the Autobots tracked him same way they did Megs in the movie.
3)Matter of debate, but since Soundwave was Shadowzoned, does he stay on the Nemesis doomed to forever stalk its halls or is he drawn to Earth since its a big honkin' space object with its own pan-dimensional gravitational pull? Ifd the latter, did poor Sounwave have the Nemesis pulled through him? Either way, I suspect if anyone could restart the war, it'd be him, and its propbably n the Autobots best interests to NOT go back for him, but sureley they know he's still alive, at least until he runs out of Energon and is forced to power down.
Before typing that up, I went to get a second opinion about this from someone more knowledgeable about life, death, and the afterlife, and she said that, if one is completely dead in the physical world, but their soul, despite having fully left the physical plane, is being kept from entering the afterlife (which encompasses Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory), then their soul is probably stuck in limbo.Flashwave wrote:If Megatron is dead and can't go to the all-spark, making him go to Unicron instead, A) is he in "Limbo" (Like we really need another region of not-space for that word...) or in a Unicron based Allspark? Viruscarnage already covered Cliffjumper and Skyquake, and pretty much anyone else who was ever infused with Dark Energon after already having been dead.Flashwave wrote:And to that same point, we've killed a lot of Dark Energon infused cybertronians already. I just meant that he didn't visually appear onscreen at all in this movie. Or even get a mention by anyone.Flashwave wrote:3)[spoiler]Matter of debate, but since Soundwave was Shadowzoned, does he stay on the Nemesis doomed to forever stalk its halls or is he drawn to Earth since its a big honkin' space object with its own pan-dimensional gravitational pull? Well, to be fair, since she's only seen maybe 3 episodes (as you said), she might have felt cheated out of getting to know the character better before he died.Spleenzorio wrote:Just watched with my girlfriend who's only watched maybe 3 episodes with me including the series finale episode. Pretty sure we're not making out of this movie without hearing 'one shall stand, bla bla bla' again either... But I'm gonna enjoy it anyway.

Not sure how this is a spoiler. It's not very...um....important.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Actually, no, that is surprisingly not in it and it makes it that much better! It's been replaced with better and more awesome exchanges. My fav being with Predaking and the other Predacons. You'll enjoy this movie.

Well, how was the way they "killed" this how any different from how they "killed" any previous series (besides Animated, which was indeed cut short)?Trikeboy wrote:It sucks that they have killed it after only three seasons.
