Maybe its the lack of paint on the wheels or something, but the voyager Prime's vehicle mode looks cheap and bland. Also the robot mode of the deluxe class looks much more proportional than that of the voyager-sized Prime.

Not really, I mean like, the Voyager's proportions are way more accurate to the show if you ask me, but it's true that the Deluxe's paint apps are better.

you're crazy. the deluxe doesn't even hold a candle to the voyager. it's like night and day. pretty much everything that the deluxe does, the voyager does better. the chest alone should make people want the voyager over the deluxe.
...which almost made it look sillier next to all the unpainted gray that should have been silver. I would definitely not hold my breath for more paint apps when stores here get them. Even in the example you give, you're talking about a separate piece, which makes it easier for them to paint. On this toy, it's more detail work.Varia31 wrote:but don't completely rule out the possibility last minute paint apps, no matter how minor. Leader Prime for RoTF appeared to have the shoulder finials red for the longest time right up to its release, but they were changed to a proper silver right before it was put out.

You'd be amazed.
