I have to agree with you on this 100%. The first time Soundwave sent it out, the first thing I saw was RatBat. Its the head design, the way the wings are shaped and he looked almost purple in the show. On the other hand, it will more than likely be named LaserBeak since that name is very popular right now thanks to him being in DotM. I'll still call him RatBat though.

At BotCon 2011, hasbro said it was Laserbeak.

You know...I don't think I've seen a TF Prime figure yet that im not totally stoked about. Soundwave included. They look so much like the show, its incredible. I can't think of a single one i wont be buying. CANT WAIT for these to start hitting shelves...so let's go, hasbro!!!
