well thats one bit of good news if its true, competitive multyplayer has ruined many games as of late & its nice to see someone not throwing it on & wasting resources. But the lack of achievements doesnt mean outright theres no online, there just might not be any online achievements. There are a lot of pople out there who hate them cause they either cant play online or hate online & because of that they cant get all the achievements or get the platinum trophy. Plus hasbro wants to push transformers universe so they dont want competition from their own products.

I have found the PVP multiplayer to be the most appealing in HMS games, escalation was always the last thing I played, so I'm pretty disappointed with this.

Hopefully this isn't true, I know there are a fair amount of people who enjoy the multiplayer far more than anything else.
Personally, it doesn't affect me much. As long s the single player is decent. It's a Transformers game, and those more so than others, I tend to replay the campaigns over and over again.

Thank goodness... The multiplayer was so broken and atrocious in the first one I hesitated at getting the second. I hope that this indicates a longer campaign setting which is where the previous incarnations thrived.
