Metro Prime wrote:I know they're simplified kiddy toys, but I really hope Hasbro makes the entire RID cast at Hyperchange/3-Step scale. That was the only other thing keeping me from buying the AOE Flip and Change figures, aside from them all being floppy messes.

What's wrong with the Warriors ("Deluxes")? The Three-Step figure are Voyager-sized you know?

Actually, according to, Ryan these are a little bigger at about the same height as MP Grimlock.

What I didnt understand about the statement asking for the whole cast in this class was that they would all still be out of scale. Since easier transformations dont bother you, I would suggest getting Grimlock in the hyperchange scale (and maybe Optimus too) and then the appropriate characters in warrior class.
Tank Engine.
But of course, and Thomas isn't nearly as kiddie as its show's current seasons would lead one to believe.Cobotron wrote:note: this comment does not imply disdain for these toys' "kiddyness". I'm all for kids toys being for kids.
and kids love trains.
He'll be doing some shenanigans with the Original Primes in the afterlife.welcometothedarksyde wrote:Boy for a dead guy he's sure getting alot of toys
Makes me think more of a solid red and blue Star Convoy, what with the small cab integrated into the very large trailer:Lockdownhunter wrote:I like it.Definitely getting a TFA Optimus vibe. Also, does this truck scream Rodimus Prime to you?
Just look at the spoiler on the back of the vehicle.Yes,Rodimus all right.

Note that I didn't say class, I said scale. They don't all have to be at the same price point, just the same approximate scale. Fixit, for example, would be either a large-ish Legion or a very small Deluxe. And the Hyperchange Grim is way, way too big for the Warrior figures. Grimlock, based on the clips we've seen, is only about two heads taller than Bumblebee.
It would be pointless anyways, since the entire reason I like these things is because they're big, chunky, and, most importantly, fun action figures that aren't extremely fiddly. They're like modernized G1 figures. Using the Deluxes just ruins the whole point of it.
