I didn't think any of these characters would appeal to me but...I may end up getting Strongarm because..you know...girl. They are a rarity.

While I love G1 I also love new innovations and takes on the characters.
I prefer official Hasbro releases of stuff for the most part
I'm not a huge fan of Japanese original Transformers media or designs.
It's easier for me to say which are my LEAST favorite toy lines: Beast Machines, Robots in Disguise.

I'm not saying Drift is a bad toy, but damn, they they have to pose it JUST LIKE the AOE Power Battler?
Also, don't lie to me, that's not Drift, it't pre-skeleton face Bludgeon
But seriously, Hasbro needs a better photographer, one that actually knows how the toys work, were they that stiff with their toys when they played with them as kids?
I really hope that didn't come out as too negative, I actually want those but IMO, more people would also want them if they were better presented.

Yeah, I really wanted these to be a continuation... same size and quality, with a few extra G1 characters to bolster the ranks of the Robot Heroes. (Like Laserbeak and Prowl, for instance.) Kinda bummed.

Sometimes figure reveals can come from the strangest places in the strangest formats.
This bit of news comes from Italian marketplace site Terminal Video Italia which provides us a drawing of a rapid transformation scheme of a Robots in Disguise Sideswipe figure that has yet to be revealed. The transformation scheme appears quicker than even the legion class and looks totally different than the one step Sideswipe figure already released. This may be our first look at a three step (or Hyperchange) Sideswipe figure. So far, this different size class entails of Bumblebee, Grimlock and Optimus Prime.

The illustration depicts three steps, though, and lines up very closely with what we've seen from the Hyperchange Heroes' packaging so far.
Also, and this is not concrete evidence by any means, look at the kid's hands in that illustration. Assuming it's supposed to represent an average 6-9 year old, that Sideswipe is way too huge to be a Deluxe figure.

While I love G1 I also love new innovations and takes on the characters.
I prefer official Hasbro releases of stuff for the most part
I'm not a huge fan of Japanese original Transformers media or designs.
It's easier for me to say which are my LEAST favorite toy lines: Beast Machines, Robots in Disguise.

If HasTak only plans to do brick formers with Three step Transformers for the bigger Rid toys. Then I'm hoping there is no Ultra or Leader class toys for this toy line. Rather see the 2015 CW and Generations get the bigger Ultra, Leader and Supreme toys instead.
