Yeah, Cyclonus and Motormaster do not have hands. Bee does, but his arms can't swing forwards and they can't hold anything, and neither can MM or Cyc, so they're useless. You can say that the pin where the combiner ports swing out kinda look like hands, but that's about it.

As for Strongarm, probably the second best of the first wave of Warrior molds behind Bee. I think it does the job very well, and the version you picked up has a very super nice paint job!
