Mold for mold, I think they are about as great. Both toys are fantastic basically. However, Hasbro Bee is WAY too "naked" for paint aps. Go Takara all the way for him. Hasbro Drift only lack his facial hair for paint aps. Nothing a pointy Sharpie cant fix. That's what I did. The bot and car's deco are full of amazing details. I have no idea what Takara Drift will look like. But when I saw Drift live AND on sale, I couldnt help myself. No need to wait for him.

Well now that you took the last one, I might as well wait (plus I have a raincheck). Oh and on a side note, the entrepot the jouet has closed.

Wouldn't mind and would love it. If RID Megatronus used the Combiners Wars Leader Class Megatron toy.

If it's a brand new toy. Just hoping Rid Ultra Megatronus has a fully articulated robot mode. Think it would be a shame if the robot had almost no articulation. Like the RID Hyper change toys toy.

for titan changer I'm picturing like... spy changer level transformation/articulation.

Drift gives me hope that Jazz will be good. I really hope I'm able to get it and Sideswipe early before the rush.

The mobile game now has a section called 'Collections' that stamps all the toys you have scanned for points towards some "scan level" thing. So according to the game, this is the current/future scannable part of the toy lineup:

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the repaints are store exclusive dual/VS or multi-packs.

Hopefully the arm/elbow joint issue will be fixed in the 'Gold' version of Warrior Grimlock.

Taiwan based fellow fan Weisheng (陳威盛) on Facebook has shared some in-hand images of the first of two incarnations of one of the Decepticons from the Transformers: Robots in Disguise animated series: One-Step Thunderhoof! We had seen official images here, but check out some live ones mirrored below.

That looks like Legion Fixit in the background too.

One-Step Thunderhoof doesn't deserve to be within a 10 mile radius of FE Optimus Prime.

Im getting tired of robots with animal heads that dont transform into animals.

I feel that I'd like more of these figures if they didn't have stupid heads.

If Warrior Gold Grimlock actually happens I am so getting him. Him and Sideswipe are the only two mold from this line I'm super liking so far.

The LioKaiser bots were really animal shaped helmets that surrounded normal human like robot faces. My guess LioKaisers head was a voltron homage, another robot with an animal helmet that surrounded a human like robot face.

RID is totally different. The Decepticons dont have animal helmets with normal human like robot faces. Instead, they have complete animal heads which feature dog snouts, crab eyes, and now deer antlers. Im sorry, thats just plain stupid. Just my opinion though. They have no reason to have animal heads. They turn into cars.

Think HasTak needs to keep making these TF toys aimed at younger kids more different for each newer TF toy line. As kids and parents will buy less if they see too many similar looking TF toys in stores.

See nothing wrong with these beastial looking robots that turn into vehicles for the RID2015 toy line.

Adults are not the targeted consumer for these RID2015 toys. As long as kids like them and buy them. Then HasTak created a good toy line for kids.

Don't think Adults fans have anything to complain about and could easily skip on buying the RID2015 toys. As Hastak is creating Masterpieces, Generations and CW toys for adults fans.

Think some adults fans need to learn how to share the TF brand with the younger kids. Also remember that you don't need to buy everything.

Maybe they were all robotic animals on Cybertron, who adopted a vehicle mode on Earth. This guy was an animal, before being put into this body:

With a name like that, I would have hoped we'd have gotten something like that gold Animated Grimlock that was going to be released but never came.

Thinking it's possible that HasTak was trying to pay tribute to some of the Transtech and Web Diver art or toys with these Rid2015 Decepticons toys. that all feature Beastial elements on the robots and vehicles forms.

Calling the Second year toys of Transformers Prime by the name, Beast Hunters. Was a tribute. To the canceled name for the 2000 Transformers toy line and cartoon. That received the name, Beast Machines instead of Beast Hunters.

As alien robots they have equally as little reason to have recognizable humanoid heads at all. It's all aesthetic convention that has no basis on what alien robots that change shape willy nilly would actually look like and everything to do with traditional human ideas and our strong tendency towards anthropomorphising everything we create. Animalistic heads are no more or less logical than human heads or mono eyes or a **** just lump of random radomes.

Transformes is a kids toy line that is not meant to be taken seriously.

Lets not forget about this Generations Skullgrin toy. That had a beastial animal robot head. which transformed into a vehicle. like most Rid2015 Decepticons do.
