I have a question...the studio Constructicons, are they all supposed to combine to form Devastator too or did i just look at something wrong?

Yep, all 8 of the constructicons will combine. 2 are in the Bee movie Prime wave, 2 are in the wave after, and the remaining 4 are either wave 4 this year or wave 1 2020.
