You know, it makes me think. If you would have gotten your hands on him first, the official Seibertron Pictorial review would have been very very different. But then again, maybe you liked him because I lowered your expectations :-?

Ooooooooh no no no no no no no. See, yes the review would have been vastly different, but your review had no impact on my enjoyment of the figure. You are probably one of 3 people I have heard total say they didn't like it. I love movie figures, I love that movie design, I love the love they put into his accessories and design, and I love his head. there is lots of paint on him, there really is, it's just all dark blue and black, which end up blending together so you don't notice it as much. Barricade is one of my favorite cons too. And this one finally did him right, and did him even better

I bet the price was a deciding factor. Because 30$ for a good but pretty standard toy IS a hard pill to swallow. That feel to not get your money's worth.

I had that effect with MP-11 Starscream. But that one hit me like a sledgehammer to the gut.

Naw man, dotm barricade is where it's at, just give him chromia's pistol, or aoe hounds pistols, and you've got an awesome figure.

I thought Barricade is a decent figure but then again I pose my figures and hardly Transform them with the exceptions of some of the recent Tr figure and my fave figure Hardtop.

I hope the old scout class comes back and no I don't mean legends figures with tiny heads.

Got dotm barricade sitting on my laptop now, he's easily the 2nd best fig from that line (first being megs), he has articulated hands and wrists and captures the screen model so well, plus the paint on his face is incredible

Yeah I'm still undecedied whether I like this one or his DotM toy better but they're such different designs for him I can't choose. Both are fun figures. I find the DotM more interesting in design and transformation but the TLK figure just cos he looks cool and I really like his assortment of weapons.

First Look at Series 2 of Tiny Turbo Changers from Transformers: The Last Knight

Postby william-james88 » Fri May 05, 2017 9:01 am

Motto: "'till All Are One"
The Tiny Turbo Changers are becoming a surprising highlight of The last Knight toyline. It could be because they are one of the only classes to be made up of completely new molds and designs and quite a good value for only $3 USD a piece, compared to other collectable toys at that pricepoint that usually lack articulation and the ability to transform.

For fans of this line, you will all be happy with this first look at series 2 which includes some new characters, designs and transformations.

The entire line up was revealed in an Argos Catalogue for the Transformers:The Last Kngiht toyline, which TFW2005 user Galva Prime posted. The line up has:

Hot Rod (the very first official Movie Hot Rod Toy revealed from Hasbro)
Barricade
Green Redeco of Blackout
Blue Redeco of Starscream
Cogman
Autobot Sqweeks
Optimus Prime
Bumblebee
Megatron
Shockwave
Decepticon Berserker
Autobot Drift

There are also Leaders Optimus Prime and Megatron pictured with the price they will be sold at, which is £64.99.

£64.99 for frickin' Leader class? Holy crap... Used to be £39.99 then went up slightly to £44.99 and Titans ones were £49.99 but come on, £64.99???

Was gonna mention that Titans Voyager fits that bill but it's only a japanese exclusive thingy I seem to recall.

EXTRA WEAPON STORAGE FOR TLK BARRICADE

I never saw this in any reviews nor seen it discussed here before. We all know about Barricade's "riot shield" secret feature. We also know that the pistol and baton can store under the car. But appart doing that below, how to deal with the "gatling gun bracelet"?

Image

With all that space left due to shellforming, how about INSIDE?

Image
Image
Image

As you can see, everything fil perfectly without forcing anything. Just put the gatling gun in open position on the legs like so. No pegging, no forcing, just let it rest there.
