This is my first time ordering with BBTS. Can anyone tell me how the shipping charges work? I think I had to select a shipping method for Computron, and I had to pay for shipping on Soundwave today. When Comps comes in, do they re-figure the combined shipping?

No bubble burst here, Kurona! I know it's a long shot. Just having some fun speculating based on the rumors and the comment JelZe made about the pretool/shared engineering thing. I saw the possibility in the engineering of Mindwipe and thought I'd share.

Don't worry, I have no such theories about Quake. I'm far less acquainted with that character.



Anyway, is anyone else hoping for more of a breather between waves 2 and 3 than there was between 1 and 2? Don't think I can handle such rapid fire releases. It's kind of what drove me to stop playing MTG, I just couldn't keep up. Then again I do want Hot Rod, Triggerhappy, and Kickback immediately...

I expect Takara will release the Octane version of the mold in the normal retail line, and later release the Optimus version of the mold in Nemesis/Scourge colours as an exclusive. Much like Grand Scourge and Motormaster; I think all Scourge decos have been exclusives in takara lines so far.

Of late, yes. Black Convoy was a con exclusive, and Grand Scourge was from e-HOBBY.

What about all the scourge decos in the tav line? I don't think any of those were exclusive

Nope. The Adventure Nemesis Prime toys are normal retail.

It just seems to me that Hasbro not only made this mold for Octane, but for Nemesis Prime. It just works too well. It would be great to finally break the habit of Nemesis Primes and Scourges being Takara figures.

Yeah, but when's the last time Hasbro did a Nemesis Prime-type figure that wasn't an exclusive?

I'd certainly love and welcome a Nemesis/Scourge redeco of this toy by Hasbro with open arms, but I can't really say I expect it. Especially when they're limited to two voyagers per wave at most. I mean we've got Broadside, Tidal Wave, Octane, Blitzwing and Vector Prime from the rumours; if they do do a Nemesis/Scourge I doubt it'd be mainline.

The Tidal Wave rumour came from the same place all the other rumours came from - the podcasts, which have correctly predicted every single release in the line so far. It's the single reason people started thinking the recently leaked Broadside had a Tidal Wave head.

Re releasing Galvatron is just speculation which now holds less water since Galvaton is getting rereleased in Wave 2 later this year:

So I was both right and wrong: Galvatron is getting rereleased, but earlier than predicted. Meaning that I dont know who will be next to Braodside, but one thing is sure, it will be either a rereleased toy or nothing at all, as the listing says.

I can see that too. Its not liek they relaese everything Hasbro does (ex Sentinel). BUt it can go either way since all the past onces outside of the TAV line were exclusives (even that Beast Hunters one).

I can tell you are a young one. Of course it works well since RID Scourge (who you call Nemesis Prime), is a redeco of Lazer Prime,the toy who this mold is based on.

So, Hasbro made him in mind to be the original toy. That original toy, also happens to have a redeco, but the main hommage with this mold is G2 Lazer Prime:

Seeing that side-by-side comparison of G2 Laser Prime with TR Laser Prime is just delicious.

Something great I also realised about this Optimus is that it's the first time in a while - in Generations at least - that we've got an Optimus that has a trailer. I think it might be the first time in CHUG he's had a trailer actually, unless I'm missing something.
