Picked up Rodimus and Twinferno at Toys 'R Us in Buford, GA. There's still a Breakaway there. Picked up Sawback and Ptero at Target in Cartersville. They have Sawback, Fangry, Overload, and Ptero still in stock. Eager to get a look at Ptero and Clobber on Twinferno's body. I think we may have a winner for a body for Dinobot Titan Masters.

In my head canon, Ptero + Twinferno = G1 Non-Technobot Strafe.

I mainly picked up Sawback as a shield for Rodimus or maybe as a Steeljaw stand-in since I'm not crazy about Stripes' execution.

As a side note: Sawback looks like he'd rock on Sentinel Prime but I'm betting Repugnus will look even better on Sentinel since the color scheme is very close to Repugnus' botmode.

Found a second copy of Chromedome at Target the other day and picked him up since they still had the $10 sale going on. I've heard a lot about him breaking, so while I usually don't go for doubles I like Chromedome enough to be ready just in case. Also snagged the Grinch on DVD for $8, still need to watch it again.

I do wonder what placements would look good with two guns - same with Blurr - it's a shame that when they re-use weapons they tend to repaint them too.
But hey it's an excuse to buy the Japanese ones as well.

I got both Chromedomes, since I have trouble seeing the hasbro one as part of that team. Takara Chromy looks sweet dual wielding the smaller rifles.

The shame of it all is that TRU had nothing and no one had Chromedome, the one I wanted most. And, shockingly, the shelves were clogged with BLURRS. I'm really surprised by the amount of Blurrs. And, between those stores, there was a lone Wolfwire after I picked up these 3, and then the rest were Blurrs besides a lone Scourge

I'm in-between in Kennesaw. I have family around Buford and friends in Rome. I've pretty well canvased the TRU in Georgia north of Atlanta, most of the Targets, and a few Walmarts. Walgreens less so. They do have Brainstorm for $10. Most Walmarts are running deluxe TR at $10 though some don't stock any. Some only stock Titan Masters, some only stock Legends. Acworth is selling Voyagers at $16 last I checked. Blaster is on sale for $35 a lot online at Walmart.com but isn't discounted in store.

TRU just started a buy one get one 40% off on most non-Marvel Hasbro figures today in Kennesaw but only has wave 1 deluxe, wave 2 Legends, Skywarp from CW, and Blaster. Oh. And Maximus. And various RiD.

I have seen everything from waves 1-3 in all classes in the last 2 weeks somewhere in North GA except the Wave 3 Voyagers. Had some time to kill and was on the road too much to post sightings. I'll take a look at that thread.

Stopped at Walmart on my way home this morning. The entire contents of the Titans Return section was: 1 Loudmouth, two Mindweipes, two Galvatrons, one Astotrain, and more Wave 2 Legends than I could be bothered to count.

So...I picked up my Leader Blaster & PM Prime I got from Wal-Mart's black Friday sale this past weekend. Both toys are pretty cool, and thanks to those that recommended Blaster. Of course my son wanted to open/play with Blaster first, so that left me with PM Prime. He had Blasters 3 modes all transformed before I could get Prime into truck mode ...Anyway, like I said both figures are pretty cool. I don't really like how Prime's hands don't really hold his weapons well, and though it's probably an afterthought to most people, I think the connections for their base modes to Fort Max are kind of weak. They don't connect firmly and will disconnect with just a bit of tension. Kind of puts a damper on the grand scheme of having all leaders connected to Fort Max to eventually have a colossal city play set for all my sons Titan Masters, but oh well...

Just have a few Legends class to pick up, but these are plentiful everywhere, then its a waiting game for wave 3 of Titan Masters, and for a good sale on Leader Class Soundwave (though I still haven't seen him in a store yet).

They did an amelioration over magnus though since there are hese groove in the panel under pime's hands where you can wedge in the weapon. That makes the connection more secure.

Thanks I'll have to check those out on PM Prime. Of course Saturday morning my son got in some trouble so less than 24 hours after getting these new toys I had to confiscate them for a week...and no this was not some ploy just so I could "play" with them privately. They are in a secure place and wont see daylight from anyone for the next 5 days.

I rarely show what my walmarts look like. My TRUs are well stocked (well not right now, since they had a good sale on deluxes and voyagers, so its pretty bare in the wake of it all), but my walmarts are never great. They sound a lot like what you found. And its the holiday season, toys are supposed to fly off the shelf so I dont see it as that bad.

^ as an objective 3rd party, I'll say that about "Normal" I guess Hasbro is either banking on most of the profits from its TF line to come from RiD for Q4 2016, or from online sales which is not as easy for us regular joes to track. I went to several Wal-Marts & Targets this weekend trying to seek the last 2 Titan Masters my son needs with no such luck. Different stores had different assortments, but on Average there were about 2-4 of (TM, Legends, Deluxe, Voyager) half had 1 leader class, the other had none.

TRU's on the other hand, the 3 I visited had 0 TM's, Dozens of Legends Class, 2-4 (Deulxe, Voyagers, & Leaders) and of course Fort Max.

Why TRU is all of a sudden not carrying Titan Masters is beyond me. They don't even have a peg for them.

I know that Astrotrain's train mode is a grievance to some fans and I completely understand. But guys, trust me, it could be worse. I got into Power Ranger toys recently and the newest Mech has a zord who has a train as one of his components and if you think Hasbro and Takara weren't great, Bandai is worse. Here is their train mech:

If you think that just look like the legs for a robot stretched out you'd be right, thats all it is.

It was funny to see that same symetrical design for a train on another Japanese inspired mech and it made me think of just how much better Astrotrain's train mode was.

Speaking of trains, I dare anyone to look up the design of Build Ressha from ToQger, and not have them do a double take
