Caelus wrote:SillySpringer wrote:Munkky wrote:Down_Shift wrote:The third part of the Prime saga hasn't been announced yet. The second part, Titans Returs, starts later this year. Should drop around April.
I thought Titans Return wasn't starting until September/October after all of the Combiner Wars box sets are out. Though I do hope the first wave comes out for late July/early August.
If I recall, Hasbro confirmed that they would overlap and even share gimmicks. (Such as Soundwave being in Titans Return and Buzzsaw being from Combiner Wars.)
Ah, yes, I see. Every size-class for Combiner Wars had six waves, except the Leader-Class, which had 5. So it makes sense that the Leader Class figures would be the first figures from Titan Wars to start appearing on shelves. Even so, though, it doesn't seem like Soundwave will make it onto shelves before Buzzsaw is gone, so that seems very odd. I wonder why they chose to put Buzzsaw in the last two waves of Legends class Combiner Wars figures, instead of putting one of the Autobot cassettes in them?

2. Titans return will have a legends kickback and they will finally release Gnaw.

I am just wondering what modes he would have.He had so many modes in the cartoon that I doubt that they'd have the budget to do something so diverse. Actually to be honest I would be perfectly fine with him turning into a space ship and a battle station or something.
Stuartmaximus wrote:well my thoughts are(& it's pure speculation here! there's nothing so far to suggest that there's gonna be an Omega Supreme! even though we'd like to see one).
they'd probably reuse this mold
reason being....coz it already CAME with a Headmaster!(or something similar) instead of them trying to create something new from scratch(& we already know how they like to reuse models...albeit with a bit of heavy remolding done to it...from other lines....for eg...CW Leader Thundercracker, Skywarp from Thrilling 30 Generations Leader Jetfire, Titan Wars Fortress Maximus from Thrilling 30 Titan Class Metroplex)
but the one i'd LOVE them to somehow use is the Project Genesis mold
now YES! i know with Fort Max...they're trying to go for that authentic G1 look! but the trouble with trying to do that with the G1 Omega....is that he originally is basically a parts former!
now d'you think in this day & age....Hasbro would still give us another parts former?

No, they wouldn't do any of that, especially the use of a 3p mold![]()
The closest they might get would be to re-use the yots omega supreme. Any new omega they make will conform to their newer cost-cutting design methods, one of those is likely to not release the high quality, older figures that require a lot of plastic and such to make them as solid as they were.
ZeroWolf wrote:I think the comment about omega was about the far future (I.e. 2018)
To be fair though, they already have reused the energon mold for one of their recent "year of the -" platinum releases with a new deco and remoulding.

What? You posted a pic of the energon version, I'm talking about the heavily re-tooled one released in the platinum line, Hasbro obviously is going for more G1 accurate, therein they are more likely to use the yots version than the energon one

I know exactly what he meant, hasbro won't use a 3p mold, and they probably wouldn't re-release the ut figure, I believe a separate part of hasbro decides what the yot_ figures will be.

I feel like to fit into the line, these would be able to be rode by titanmasters like how Wheelie is supposed to be driven by titanmasters.
