Probably, but also probably not the Masterforce version. In Victory Ginrai was his own Transformer without the human Ginrai. With proper painting they could pull off a respectable Super Ginrai from the mold. I could even see them redoing Apex as God Bomber.

Ah, yes, I see. Every size-class for Combiner Wars had six waves, except the Leader-Class, which had 5. So it makes sense that the Leader Class figures would be the first figures from Titan Wars to start appearing on shelves. Even so, though, it doesn't seem like Soundwave will make it onto shelves before Buzzsaw is gone, so that seems very odd. I wonder why they chose to put Buzzsaw in the last two waves of Legends class Combiner Wars figures, instead of putting one of the Autobot cassettes in them?

All we have for a release date is a vague "Summer", but we do know that Fortress Maximus is supposed to be the first figure in the line.



Note the blue blob where Hasbro wrote "First Titan Wars Product". Think of him like a "First Edition" introducing us to the line since he also comes with a Deluxe and Titan Master. Also the XFL date of 2/19/2016, not sure what that means, but possibly when they'll start taking orders since it's the Friday after Toy Fair. I'm guessing he'll be a May release with the bulk of the line hitting around June.

As for Buzzsaw... it's Buzzsaw. I think the whole reason he was released first instead of Laserbeak was because they knew he wouldn't be available when Soundwave comes out.

I think it would be insame for them not to release Kickback in this line. I don't think there's anyone who doesn't want to complete their generations insecticons crew.

I can confirm these. I'm guessing they have seen some of the same images that other have seen.

I noticed they don't mention the other new figures though. (well you mention, I don't listen to podcasts so I don't really know what they have said.)

EDIT: I should specify. They have seen card art. No where on there does it say what class they are, but based on old computer info, everyone assumes they will be Legends. Kickback has a G1 cartoon face.

Legends Gnaw huh? Megatronus will be pleased!

And Legends Kickback at long last! Praise be to Primus! My Insecticon crew will be complete! (Once I actually find Bombshell, and assuming Kickback even comes out over here...)

No, they wouldn't do any of that, especially the use of a 3p mold

The closest they might get would be to re-use the yots omega supreme. Any new omega they make will conform to their newer cost-cutting design methods, one of those is likely to not release the high quality, older figures that require a lot of plastic and such to make them as solid as they were.

I think the comment about omega was about the far future (I.e. 2018)

To be fair though, they already have reused the energon mold for one of their recent "year of the -" platinum releases with a new deco and remoulding.

What? You posted a pic of the energon version, I'm talking about the heavily re-tooled one released in the platinum line, Hasbro obviously is going for more G1 accurate, therein they are more likely to use the yots version than the energon one

I feel like to fit into the line, these would be able to be rode by titanmasters like how Wheelie is supposed to be driven by titanmasters.

The Energon/Platinum Omega Supreme mold is so tiny, though. Compared to Titan class Devastator, that is, who towers over that Omega. Titan class toys are much bigger than Supreme class toys.
