As for these figures... just WOW.

I will say it with confidence: Octone is the best overall voyager of the entire line. Alpha Trion is still my favorite, but Octone is the best of the line voyager-wise. The robot mode is so awesome, and I love the shade of purple on his head! Tanker mode is as good as Optimus, but the jet mode is actually good, especially when you rotate the windshield backwards like you would have it in robot mode and use it as a thruster. He is so good, and I am glad to have him. Plus, he completes my 6 original Triple changers!!

Yeah, this wave was great, shame is that lots of people will never get them due to them not filtering out to retail. Loving my new topspin, misfires haunting with fangry's head, and I'm looking forward to enjoying TT's Octone this christmas, I can't stand the huge stickers, and I really want that starscream head. Honestly o/p would have been better if it used the larger non-folding wings, we wouldn't have cared about a star-convoy/laser prime/rid scrouge with wings and therefore a better jet mode, would we?

Thanks, yeah, I tried that earlier before venting, I think there's a warp in the mold because it slides out when twisted, and additional friction wasn't helping.

On the plus side, went back and grabbed the other Twin Twist, and as of transforming it a couple times, I'm happy to report that - aside from a frighteningly tight neck slot, which all the figures from this case seemed to have - he is prefect, which is nice, because he and topspin are great all-around figures, who deserved to be enjoyed by everyone.

My Twintwist has this same problem actually, as does Topspin to a much lesser extent. I kinda just ignored it since it sounds like it wasn't as bad as yours (it didn't come off in regular posing, and as long as I held it firmly during transformation there aren't too many issues), but maybe I should consider exchanging him and seeing if I get luckier the second time round.

(On top of the waist, my Twintwist's little wheels inside the treads are absolutely garbage. One of them is so loose that it pops off at the slightest provocation and rolls away, not to mention it sits at an angle when it isn't doing that, and the other has what must be a tiny bit of molding flash or something that stops it from turning at all and also prevents me from popping it off to try and fix it. Anyone else got something like that, or is it a more isolated thing that I could try and get a replacement for?)

I personally kinda prefer Laser Prime as he is. The wings being optional (along with the head pylons and the flip-up shoulder things) makes for a great super mode

Yes! another believer, I thought I was the only one. By far my favorite TR voyager as well. The angled, non folding wings make all the difference for the jet mode and look badass in bot mode.

I also think Octone is fantastic! I just personally feel like Blitzwing beat him out by a tiiiny bit, especially with the silver face I gave my Blitz clouding my objective judgement. (I should really upload a picture of that at some point, it makes him look hella better IMO.) But yeah, Octone is super solid and I would recommend him to anyone with an even remote interest in the character, TR Voyagers and/or just Transformers in general

I got Misfire the other day and Windblade today but haven't had a chance to open it yet. Misfire is really good and I can see where Slugslinger came from.

I love Triggerhappy and Misfire. I just love the shape of his jet. If he did that whole spin around thing for transformation, he'd beat Triggerhappy. But Trigger has a nicer face and that spin oozes lovely. So I'd rank them both as awesome as each other.

I misread that as "Misfire is just not a good toy" and was gettin ready to fight you on that

Misfire is undoubtedly my favorite of his wave of Deluxes, personally. Windblade is good (I am 100% totally ambivalent to the character so that might be why I don't like her so much) and Twintwist is - as expected from the Topspin mold - fantastically clever, but he's dragged down a bit by the lack of good-looking vehicle mounts for his guns and the below-average QC on my copy. Misfire just knocks it out of the park in nearly every aspect, and if I'm being honest I think I like him more than the original Triggerhappy mold! (BLASPHEMY I know.) The colors pop and look lovely, I adore his spaceship mode, he feels just a tiny bit chunkier and more solid than Triggerhappy with far better kibble-dealage IMO (I'm much more a fan of back-wings than I am folded-on-the-back-of-the-arm-wings)... I love this guy.

Even if in reality TR's wave structure means it's going out with a whimper, the incredible success of the last few figures in each class (Shuffler/Ramhorn, Seaspray, Misfire/Slugslinger and Toptwist Twins, Octone and Blitzwing, Overlord) really makes it feel like it's instead heading out with a spectacular bang! If PotP shares this general upward trend in quality over the line's course, and seeing what we're starting with for that one, I absolutely cannot wait to see what we get surprised with toward the back-end of that line.

So any bets on what 10 minute window Arcee will be available on HTS today? I'm lucky enough to be able to work from home today and have work stuff up on the work computer and HTS up on my home computer refreshing at the turn of every hour. It would be nice if they got it out of the way early.

Yeah, it should be good now. She was "In Stock" for almost 15 minutes before I could add her to my cart. I got my order confirmation at 9:12 AM CDT. Good luck to all who hope to grab her. I will now be able to do my work today.

it did the same thing to me, i think we just caught it as it was coming available. still, i managed to order Arcee and an extra Breakaway to repaint into Goshooter so a good morning

Ordered mine, so still available. Really not sure if I want to keep it though, very much on the fence.

Whew! Man, something was weird with their Listing for the set. I kept refreshing the page and it indicated in stock, but there was no add to cart button. I finally did a search for HASCON and was able to add her to the cart from the search results, but not the listing itself. Weird.

Then I had a panic moment, when I got some type of javascript error when I went to confirm my payment! Man, I thought it sold out while I was trying to complete everything. But I backed up a few pages and re-entered everything and it went through.

Not sure. I have him already so this doesn't really affect me, but he's a great toy, so I hope those that missed out the first time have a chance.
