If I have to pick between Sentinel and Astrotrain, I'm definitely going with Astrotrain. :DANCE:

Those paint apps really make the robot mode pop. I'm also glad the colors for Galvatron in that video appear to have been just a fluke.

I'm all for a Generations Overlord but if we do get one I'd like to hope he'd be leader class with his own mold.

It's a jet mode, not a bird mode.

All of Soundwave's and Blaster's little guys are now triple changers that turn into media devices, vehicles, and their standard robot/animal modes.

Oh no guys, that Galvatron is not the actual finished toy, its the display prototype from the toy fair:

This was the exact same Galvatron toy that was on display at the NY Toyfair, that was just sent to the Australian display by Hasbro, so it is not a guarantee of the final colors.

I like Astrotrain except for his Wicked Witch of Cybertron long feet. His feet would look great if the black tips folded under the grey part so that he had normal sized feet. "Cybertron mode" Astrotrain looks great, but this isn't the Voyager Class Astrotrain that I wanted to go alongside Springer, Blitzwing, and Sandstorm. A more traditional shuttle mode and train mode would definitely be prefered. Head sculpt looks good.

Here's a thing! now i wonder if you can use the Junkion Blacksmith Headmasters on some of the TR figures :-?

since those come in the form of Blaster, Soundwave & Optimus anyway!

but dunno what size of headmaster that TR Blaster, Soundwave & Optimus will have, nor what type of connection it will be?(the same as G1....or something different?).

The titanmasters are all the same size across the different size classes, as for them being the same as the old headmasters, I don't think so.

Galvatron looks awesome, but astrotrain the alts are more of mehs since they suffer cause of being a typical three changer plus the headmaster gimmick didn't help it ether

I saw that comment too but I think that guy was mistaken. There's definitely differences between the two

Also from this angle astrotrain's feet don't look as big as the other picture.

Good comp Goats. Glad you did the leg work there.

There is definitely a difference there, and the one shown down under looks more like a production sample.
I'm more hopeful now that that's closer to what we'll be getting.

Yeah, definitely not digging the Ravage...the cat "tapes" are just, meh. Might snag him anyhow cause the only Ravage I do have is the one that came with the older Hound...and he looks like his back is busted...

I can TOTALLY see an Overlord retool from Astrotrain now that it's been mentioned. That would be awesome. I'd pick that up in a second.

Looking forward to this line for sure. Some great characters coming.

I think I'm pretty forgiving about things, but I gotta say I'm not loving Astrotrains alt modes. The ship looks more like a landing platform (ala helicarrier) and the train just doesn't look train'y enough. It's probably the central ship kibble that's throwing me off.

The robot mode is perfectly delicious though, and he's the right size. I'll likely get over it in hand :lol:

Are you dissapointed that this isnt the colour scheme you were expecting?

As someone who likes realistic alt modes, these are all disappointing.

Though I continue to love that T. rex/Gun/Dragon/Head guy, even if it doesn't seem like I'd ever get a body for him.

I think I am still going to get both Sentinel and Astrotrain. The molds looks awesome and I would not mind having my Sentinel hanging out with the likes of the Thrilling 30 minicons and AoE Lockdown, whom occupy a "neutral" shelf :MAXIMAL:

Ravage looks horrendous, especially the beast mode, but Astrotrain has turned out great! He looks a lot better than Sentinel, but I think I'll still buy both versions of the mould.

I think that's why I decided to get SPrime. I can be far more forgiving of those altmodes on a character that was never on earth. (Even if he was an armored truck in the comics :???:

every time I try to stay with Hasbro they just seem to never quite get right what I am looking for.
