Though I kinda doubt it was the intention as it was just meant to be going off the IDW guy. Then again, maybe the Magnus Armour in IDW is a Pretender reference as well as a reference to the original toy being a white Optimus that put armour on... bleh, I'm rambling now

mwahahahahaha
In all seriousness though, this is nothing to get excited over. ToyMate is a small franchise with only a few stores scattered around, not one of the big national retailers.

Also, are those regular retail prices? Because thats kind of nuts.
Burn wrote:Yep. Not sure where you've been hiding considering the number of times the discussion about prices in Australia has come up.

Also, here's a sentence I never thought I'd ever say - **** Wheelie looks sexy.

Yeah, but no one will be buying that Fort Max at that price aside from the desperate and rich. Would you (or anyone else here) buy a Fort Max if it was in the states right now at 260$ (that is the actual US$ price when you convert it)? At that price, might as well just get the takara one. So I am not envious in the least. To me this is no different than a scalper on e-bay getting early samples and selling them for close to double.
