I had to go to the south end of town this afternoon, so I stopped at the TRU by the Florida Mall to see if they had Drift and Thrust. They did, but out of the corner of my eye I found a single 25th Anniversary Insecticon box.

Mind you, I know it isn't a new release but I couldn't afford them when they initially came out seeing as I had been out of work for a while. Score for me, plus 20% off with a Rewards coupon.

Not only did I get HA Jazz today, but I got him for $16.99, due to the fact that they had mis-marked all the HA boxes at my Target (originally rang up at 29.99 til I showed the cashier the sticker). I had initially gone in to pick up some of the HFTD scouts, but was unable to pass up such an unbelievable bargain!

I was at TRU and they had everything BUT a Drift...so I opened the little storage area above the pegs and reached in and found only ONE figure. Pulled it out and it was Drift!! :KREMZEEK:

I have a feeling someone was hiding it there...oh well. :-$

The TRU's by me used to store stuff there all the time. That's how I found a ton of stuff. Around the time of the first movie/classics they started taping them shut. Just recently I started finding stuff up there but now I think people use it to hide stuff.

Also, I don't think the case distribution for Generations is what we thought (2 of each). My Target had 12 Thrusts, 3 Drifts, and maybe 16 of Prime and Bumblebee. Is it possible the case distro is 2:2:3:1?

Him and Sideswipe are co captains of the fail boat. Those are some awful molds (IMO of course). The decos however, are fantastic. I just got Human Alliance Mudflap from a Canadian buddy. I'm a bit too tired to mess with him tonight. Tickled to have the ugly bastard though. Those are some of the more impressive figures I've gotten this year.
