Generations Kup and Scourge

Found them while running an errand this afternoon. I was planning on pre-ordering them with BBTS along with Wheeljack, but after seeing them at the store, I couldn't resist.

I picked up PCC Icepick and Sledge.

Both are pretty cool, and each comes with a really neat mini-con.
Even if you are not too keen on the PCC line, these are both really nice scout class figures.

Both have a lot of articulation, and because of the triple changing nature of the PCC commanders, you have quite a bit of flexibility in how each looks in bot mode.

I also grabbed the last RotF Voyager Prime I could find.
I was going to skip this guy, but it appears that DotM is rescaling everyone smaller, and with how bad DotM Voyager Prime is, I figured I should probably just get this guy now.

He is basically a small scale version of the leader prime, so he is pretty impressive.

My new Rail Convoy (MC Annihilator) came today. I wasn't originally planning to get it, until the arm broke off Steel Convoy (Commander). It really does seem to fix the original mold's problems, but it also used up more of my toy budget than I wanted to have drained by now.

This is a long time and coming but I finally got images of a commission that I requested for....a movie-verse Prowl with a G1 twist to it.




The HA hands were removed and the forearms are modded in order to hold swappable 1/100 Gundam hands (1 closed fist/ 2 open hands), so the finger are fully articulated. By drilling a hole in the bottom with addition of some putty, so that he can balance solidly on one foot.

And for the heck of it picked up Kat from Halo: Reach.

Was surprised to find the new guys so quickly. Usually takes a month or two for them to show up after sightings have been posted. Also more surprised to find them at my local Target which had butt for transformers during the Christmas shopping season.

Got some United figures in yesterday:Prime, BB, Drift, Megatron, Cliffjumper and Soundwave. They all look great to me. Sadly, Soundwave needs to be exchanged since he's got kind of a nasty gouge in his paint on his chest.

I only drybrushed it silver, so all the recesses are still black. That is not the most flattering angle to photograph it from sadly. I had to fill the holes where the eyes were missing with PVA glue, and build up the grip on the rifle with epoxy putty and superglue to make a thicker longer grip that Perceptor could hold.
As far as my hunting goes, still no signs of Scourge or Wreck Gar in Maine.
