toyworlds grind rod, tfcc punch/counterpunch, and KO G1 mirage.

i dont know if anyone else has been looking for grind rod, but he is damn near impossible to find. so i was psyched to see one. and ive been thinking about the chinese G1 KO's for a while, and $40 is a decent price to test the waters. and im glad i did! its on par with any other official reissue i have!

Anybody remember how I couldn't decide between Lazerback and Vertebreak? Well, finally I cut the knot and got:

Prime Beast Hunters Vertebreak

I picked him over Lazerback, because of his more cohesive color scheme, plus it reminds me of Earth and thus would fit better with Skystalker (water and ice) and Grimwing (wing and lightning). Plus, Lazerback reminds me too much of RiD Bruticus to the point of me renaming him as such. Sorry, no photos this time, phone's charging.

ooooo.... how is he combined? i have hercules but theres always been something stopping me from getting excited about uranos (besides the pricetag).

ooooo.... how is he combined? i have hercules but theres always been something stopping me from getting excited about uranos (besides the pricetag).

Combined, he looks absolutely fantastic, at least to my eyes. The only drawback, aesthetically, is that the 6th member forms a not very Superion-esque looking chest-piece.

In terms of playability? Frustratingly impossible. The legs at the waist are weak, especially when forced to hold up the top of this beast. He falls over backwards and does the splits if you look at him cross-eyed. I paid $350 for mine, as it was used. I do like it though, quite a bit in fact. He bests my old G1 Superion (stolen from me during 4th grade, at school ...circa 1986) by a couple light-years or more. Really recommended, if you can handle the murderous price and also, the weak stability of the gestalt.

I do not have, nor ever seen Hercules in person. But, I've got the Green Giant Type-61, which is super!

Doubledealer is FINALLY OUT! ...With yet again, Rhinox as his wavemate. Right now, all voyagers are on sale at TrU for 20$ each. So I took DD and I finally grabbed the rhino.

On the Walmart front, AoI voyager Grimlock and Optimus are out. Also, Generations Swerve, Cosmo, and Waspinator! They were all at full price but I grabbed them all anyway.



Now, to open these suckers up and pass my judgement.

Yknow? Brazil is funny as for what Transformers we get here. Somehow we just skip some waves and get completely out of nowhere things here. For an example. We completely skipped many Beast Hunters waves and we NEVER get Generations here... However suddenly we got all of Prime First Edition when the line had been canceled... This is completely confusing...

I almost bought Rhinox the other day but him alone is about 140 Reais, for 180 Reais I get him and Whirl from BBTS...

Almost paid $80 for a fake Masterpiece Red Alert yesterday. When I looked at the box closely, I realized the problem. Told the toy store manager about it and left.

here do dont have any "collector toy stores" to speak of besides comic stores that sell more than just comics. but theres one vendor at a toy show (happens 2-3 times a year) who sells KO's. he doesnt say they are, but the prices certainly reflect what they truely are.
