Got a really nice care package from a dear friend. I FINALLY have RTS Jazz. I have also been waiting a long time for him, and that completes my RTS deluxe collection (great line!). That also means I finally have a Jazz in my classics collection. His automorph surprized me but in a great way.

And I also have parts for my Appolyon which I think I will be holding on to for a while, he still looks great to me and it will be fun to finally have some issues fixed

UW Lynx Master arrived on Tuesday. I don't know why some people hate the mold, I think it's great, though obviously not as nice as the original. I know the CW version has some loose joints, but I think I'd probably buy it anyway if I happen to find one by chance.

But even better I finally got Optimus Primal in the mail Wednesday after over three weeks (22 days) in shipping (including taking 3 days for the package to be picked up from AmiAmi, 12 days to get from the sorting facility at the Tokyo International Airport to the USPS International Service Center at JFK airport, and 7 days to go the short distance from NY to Maine). A little early to get caught up in the holiday mail rush, but whatever, he's here now and he's every bit as nice as everyone says he is. I guess I was lucky because mine has no blemishes on the white part of the mask. He's a great figure if you don't look at his gorilla mode feet.

I've been tempted to get MP Shockwave for a bit now. Almost jumped on the BBTS Black Friday deal at $120, especially since I have a few items in my POL. But then I saw TFSource's BF deal for $99. I simply could not resist at that price. Deleted by PO for SixShot at BBTS and added it and Triggerhappy to my TFSource order for free shipping.

I have a big pile of loot with BBTS right now I'm just itching to send. But I gotta wait at least till I can pay for my SG MP10 (which'll be next week)

It's weird cause I barely use BBTS anymore, what with the dollar the way it is and the ludacris cost of shipping.

COMPUTRON, AT LAST!



This is (possibly) the LAST Combiner Wars toy I'll ever buy. I was looking forward to Computron for a long time, but ONLY if I could get it on sale. And at 89.99$CAN + taxes, I could NOT let it go pass me. This is probably the lowest price I'll ever see this set.

I was lucky because I went to Toys r Us specifically for this set because it was gone online. At Tru, of course only a single G2 Menasor and G2 Superion was available... Then I looked up... Lo and behold, on the "top storage space", there was a lone Computron! Under a pile of G2 Menasors, with two G2 Bruticus on the side. So I took a "employee only" ladder and I finally got my hands on this set. The LAST one. I also set down the two G2 Bruticus sets on the lower shelf for good measure.

I'll open the set later and tell my thoughs then.

I went to TRU right after that sale started, and nearly all those shelf warming CW box sets were cleared right the **** out. I was pretty shocked actually. And let us know your thoughts, I love that brainy bugger

Ohly crap... Dat Computron set... So great, I would not have regretted paying the full 150$CAN+taxes! And at 103$ taxes included, it's almost criminal to have so much good for so cheap.
First, the remoldings are just baffling. Cosmo have a exclusive new head and there is a unique spaship limb just for the Hasbro version. Paint wise, appart the sportcar window, everything feel pure premium, Takara style. The motorcyle mold is awesome and it's very fun to be able to enjoy it. Only the drill tank is disapointing. Still, it does it's job. I'm also surprized that the hands and feets of the combiners are NOT Victorion's but brand new molds. And finally, everything is TIGHT and SNUG. Nothing does a "surprize split" in combined mode.

Black Friday was the time to grab Computron. After that, I'm pretty sure it's too late. For that cheap anyway. Next Thursday for my pay, I will only have 100$ total remaining for groceries until the next pay two weeks after. All because of that purchase I should never have done logically. But heh, I can live dangerously.

I thought I was done, but then ordered MP Wheeljack from Toy Dojo during their CM deals. Now I'm done for a while.

Such gorgeous purchases. All of these are pure winners. Its better your done because I doubt future purchases will match the awesomeness that you are getting with the total of that week-end's purchases.

We moved the 16th, and I've unpacked almost everything. Drove by the grocery store today, popped into ToyChamp next door, and found:

OMG! YES! They also had Bombshell, Chop Shop, Buzzsaw, Pipes, and I think the red car Legend.
No new Deluxes sadly.
But they did have more Voyager boxes!! I though OMG finally! Skylynx? Something else?

Same old Cyclonus and Hot Spot were standing in front. I took them out. More Cycloni and Hot Spots. Behind those? More Cycloni and Hot Spots.... And More Cycloni and Hot Spots. *sigh*

His transformation is quite clever! Just tried it without guide, and the legs were okay, needed to find the way to bring his legs together. That went fine, but back out made me pop out his right leg a few times.
His arms were a bit more trial and error, but I spotted the peg holes and worked it out. Pretty neat! Bruticus will be pleased.
