Despite all the recent talks about how good the new Cyberverse deluxe Bee is, I decided that Gnaw will be my first and probably only figure from that line. Obviously just adding a heavy to my sharkticon troop. My expectations are low 8-}

That Sharkticon is actually pretty solid. Plus the gimmick is fun and intuitive.
Only flaws are the usual lack of articulation points.

Good to know. The deco is really nice as well, but I plan on TF'ing it a few times and it will spend the rest of it days in sharktifrog mode.

Today brought me what should be my final installments for Siege and Siege Selects. Autobot Impactor and Shackwave. I was going to skip both initially, but the reduced pricing on Amazon ($13.50 for Impactor direct from Amazon and about $35 shipped for Shackwave from a 3rd party seller on Amazon) combined with my lack of willpower to pull the trigger.

And I'm glad I did. Shacky is a great deco and I'm going to be using him as part of a secret experimental clone group within the Decepticons together with Soundblaster, G2 Megs and fan vote Impactor now that I have Autobot Impactor.

Just ordered MP Hound on Amazon here in the US for roughly $135.00. He won't ship for a while but at least he's a lower price than what I saw on BBTS. Just wanted to give you all a heads up!

Picked up a Rung at Target... In what appears to e European packaging (It's got like twelve languages with of trademark stuff) despite being in the US, which is kinda unusual but I guess not really noteworthy. Also got a Bruntat Walgreens a few days ago.

I was also lucky enough to get a CW Devastator for my birthday, but it's not actually going to arrive for a while.

Well after I got Platinum Ultra Magnus I wanted to compare him with Optimus and to my surprise I didnt have him. So a few clicks on ebay and a few days wait he arrived.

Got my $13.50 Impactor off Amazon today. Technically it's been in my mail box for a while, I just haven't had a chance to get it out with all the snow we've had. Also from Amazon I picked up the Micromaster Battle Squad for full price since I haven't seen it locally yet. Not sure why Ratbat and Rumble haven't shown up there yet, not even from other sellers, is Amazon just getting solid Battle Squad cases?

Anyway, I checked another Walgreens looking for Ratchet, just in a the off chance some are still finding their ways into stores, but no luck. Looks like I'll be giving into scalpers for this one. I did find Cyber Battalion Shockwave which I've wanted, but haven't seen at any of the four other Walgreens I'd been checking so I didn't leave empty handed.

My daughter and I completed the Botbots Series 1.5 yesterday. I think we both like the Grass Guzzler (lawn mower) the best. She made Siege Rumble "mow" the pool table.

So, good news/bad news thing...

God news: My CW Devastator arrived today, way ahead of schedule, yay! (sorry for no pics, haven't really had a chance to take any yet.)

Bad news: My Hook has two left hands. And that was the last Devastator the seller had, so exchanging it isn't an option. Hopefully I can find someone to sell me a replacement right hand.

Ouch, that could be a tough thing to even find. Another option if you are able to find it would be Perfect Effect set PC-07. That set gives you the 6 individual weapons for each bot and new elbows/hands for Hook, Long Haul, Scrapper and Mixmaster. I have it myself and love it.

Yeah! Other than that one problem, it's pretty nice, even if getting the torso together in combined mode is a little fiddly. The arms on the individual robot modes actually don't bother me as mush as they seem to bother other people (other than Scavenger's shoulders being too weak to hold up his missile launcher (I may have to shuffle around who gets what weapons) and, of course, the thing with Hook's hand). I haven't really spent a lot of time with the comboned mode so far, but it's impressively huge.

It's my first experience with the mold, and I actually really dig it. I like it more than the standard leader figure, it's fun! and the silver knight look is sublime

Yes, but unfortunately I saved them for a friend that used them in a custom, specifically the hands themselves.

...Well, it was worth a shot. I suppose I'll be making a thread in the sell/trade forumsto find replacements for that and the parts I managed to break on my Go! toys once my last-minute preorder for Turtler and Gulf gets processed and I see how much money I have left. Wish me luck, I'll need it.
