That;s a shame Soundwave76. I once thought that way about Classics Hot Rod as well, but one night I was out and wanted a new TF and he was the only one on the pegs that I didn't have, so I thought "what the hell" and got him. I was very pleased with this mold, perhaps not the best of the classics line, but still really nice. I recommend him.

Motto: "Will it blend?"
Weapon: Acid Rays
Cybertron Optimus Prime KO (Full size!!) $11
Doubledealer KO (With Knok & Skar) $5
Target Exclusive Movie Scout Skyblast
Target Exclusive Movie Scout Strongarm
Microman Kit 01 Galac Hopper
Microman Kit 02 Micro Escargot
Microman Kit 03 Crab Dozer
Microman Kit 04 Earth Jetter
Microman Kit 05 Bulk Lifter

The Microman Kit's are snap together models from 1999 by Takara. When you collect all 5 kits, they can combine into a really weird looking gestalt walker for a Microman figure. I got each model MISB for $2 each at the swap meet!!!

I am a SSgt in the U.S. Air Force, but I also dabble in the stock market which can pay very well if you know what you're doing.

Weapon: Sword
I feel better, because I only paid about $1,400 within the past 10 days for:
G1 Reflector C9
G1 Swoop C9
G1 Snarl C9
G1 Sludge C9
G1 Slag C9
G1 Sureshot C9
G1 Hosehead C9
G1 Brainstorm C9
G1 Chromedome C8
G1 Grotusque C9
all 6 G1 Throttlebots C9
G1 Pointblank C9
G1 Joyride C9
G1 Springer C9
G1 Sandstorm C9
G1 Wreck-gar C9
G1 Highbrow C9
G1 Slamdance C9 (both cassettes)
G1 Air Strike Patrol (Micromasters) C9
G1 Thrust C9
G1 Ramjet C9
G1 Hardhead C9
G1 Topspin C6 (for the kids)
G1 Twintwist C7 (for the kids)
3 Throttlebots C9 (for the kids)

All figures were complete.

MISB is cool and all, but I collect excellent condition loose figures and can buy a lot more that way. My goal is to complete G1, but without the Actionmaster and Micromaster lines. I am also not going to worry about all the decoys and minispies. Other than that, I'll be getting everything else. I have about 190 of however many there are altogether.

This week:
Classics Skywarp and Jetfire

Jetfire is MIB and unopened yet, but classics skywarp is getting a lot of love right now. What a great mold.

Oh god, AFA graded tfs, WORST THING EVER.

You pay good money (far too much good money for Whirl in my opinion) to have some knob look all over your toy and then render it unopenable (thus taking the actual fun out of the toy) for evermore.

Holy crap! Those are super expensive!

I got that Venom thingy.

Although it was the original toy before it became part of Transformers.

I'd like to see the Silverstreak character reused a bit more in future lines. Out of the 3 Datsun brothers, he's become the forgotten one; it would be nice to see him get some sort of repaint instead of the inevitable Smokescreen one(e.g. Cybertron, Movie Fast Action Battler).

Bluestreak is still my favourite Datsun Brother. His whole 'sole survivor' story would make for a great Spotlight.

I heard that the new Classics line will have at least one of the Datsun Bros., so a new Bluestreak might be on the way!

I had a G1 Silverstreak when i was a kid.

But up to now, i still haven't seen a Bluestreak toy yet.

Nope, you had a G1 Bluestreak as a kid. Only the reissues were named Silverstreak. Here is a pic of G1 Bluestreak.

So i had it all along. My ultimate childhood Grail.

I think that's a tear rolling down my cheek.

Thanks for the realization.

The blue aspect of him is most likely always have been a myth. He was always silver. I had one of my "Bluestreak" figures painted blue.

I also found a Near-mint G1 Wheeljack.

The 'blue' aspect is not a myth, there really is a blue bluestreak albeit from the diaclone line. He's probably called Bluestreak because his ion-charged disperser rifle 'can shoot an electrified particle beam, resembling blue lightning'.

Today's haul: Alternators Rodimus (my second one)
