Just the figure. And yeah, I took it. I actually didn't know what the heck it was, since I hadn't fully lost immersed myself in Transformers collecting yet. I just figured that since it turned into a little tiny truck, that it was TF-related.

Huh...do you still have him?

I do indeed. Tried cleaning his metal wheel pins and screw with vinegar, since they were rusted horribly.

Meh. First car boot sale of the year was disappointing. Loads of sellers. Not much TF stuff worth buying. There were incoplete 2007 Nightwatch Prime and Ultimate Bumblebee, broken RotF Scout Dead End, various RID toys I don't care for and loads of those Bot Shots things. Ended up just with this small lot.
- Cybertron Wing Saber missing a LOT of parts I didn't realise til I got home and compared with pics.
- RotF Jolt which surprisingly I never had before and he's got some charm if a bit clumsy looking
- DotM 3 pack Rodimus which was a nice find as I kinda wanted this one a while back

oh and vintage Lion-O cos I have MattyCollector Lion-O and Panthro and have a vintage Panthro so now got a Lion-O to match. Will fix the paint.

Now I must rest for that was 12 miles of cycling and 3 hours of walking around the car boot field in really bright sunlight of which I don't get on well with at all. Bleh.

Gosh that Wing Saber takes me back... he was my favourite as a kid. My biggest Cybertron toy too and biggest Transformers toy aside from Energon Magnus and my two Armada Primes.

I've had his movie toyline repaint Wingblade before. It's alright, just not my kind of TF toy. I only bought this one cos at that point it had been 2 hours in and it was first proper TF figure I'd seen and was worried I went all that way to just come back empty handed.

I kinda want the movie repaint myself; the repaints of Energon/Cybertron toys in the Movie lines to make the vehicle modes look a bit more 'real' is sort of trippy but I really like it. Especially Jetstorm...

Missing way too many parts to be worth much so will probably sell it as a cheap spares/repairs lot with some other similarily spare parts figures. Hoping the next car boot sale in 2 weeks time has a better selection but damn that's a super busy weekend for me. Long rehearsals on both days and my nieces 16th birthday party i'm supposed to be attending the saturday night if i can get transport so the 6:30am bike ride to the car boot 6 miles away the sunday morning is gonna feel even more difficult...well the 6 hour rehearsal i have following that I will probably collapse. Maybe can have a nap during rehearsing the 25 mins of the show I'm not in.

Quoting myself to tell that I openned Scourge. The bad are floppy neck, wrists, and a heel. Also, I had to check the instructions because it wasnt clear I just had to pull on the hips. It was TIGHT. Also, that damn TR sled gun have nowhere to go without ruining the look of the figure.
But the good far outweight the bad. Not only do the bot and spaceship modes are awesome, the PAINT on this guy is Takara-level of premium absurdity! Dat shiny deep blue plastic. A PAINTED HEADMASTER! Paint aps galore everywhere! Man, I'm impressed.

The legs sitting higher could even work if they were adjusted to look more like Jetfire boosters. A good third party add on would be front booster pieces that attach to the side posts.

I absolutely agree. The back half of the jet mode is hot, hot garbage.

Got this guy yesterday at Steel City Con loose for $20. Minicon and key included as well. Really glad I found him since Cybertron Menasor caught my eye in the old Cybertron catalogs when I was younger.
