Mindmaster wrote:Dropped about a combined $50 online on Reveal the Shield Perceptor (finally) and Generations Dirge (double finally) this afternoon. For that price, I'd say it's a mildly reasonable $50 well-spent, since I've been after the scientist and the Conehead (who will be my second Classics Seeker after Acid Storm) for a pretty long while.

Toysrus was having a 50% off sale on all their Deluxe TFs from last year. It was also the very first time I ever saw a Windblade at toysrus, so I snatched it up for my little cousins who was wondering if they made girl Tfs, and who has a birthday coming up.

I was not dissapoint.
Got myself a Gen Jiaxus and Crosscut for only 9$+tx each! I got their last Crosscut and it was a repaint I wanted because they say the mold's faults were corrected. We'll see. Plenty of Jiaxusses so I could have that remold at least. The fact the the price was sah-weet make it all better! Too bad they didnt had any Windblades left. I would have liked one more to keep sealed. Oh well, no biggie.
All in all, worth a walk/bus trip in the cold night!

How's Crosscut? I hope I can find one tomorrow.
I agree with all those words. Viva La Crosscut!-Kanrabat- wrote:Compared to Skids, Crosscut have the same annoying transformation that require a tantric massage for his vehicle mode. The panels peg a bit better but barely. However, the robot and vehicle modes are magnificent. One thing that impress me above all are the paint aps. IT'S TAKARA PREMIUM LEVEL OF PAINT! Every single details are painted. The front headlights are yellow, black accents, SILVER HUBCAPS, REAR RED LIGHTS, clear dark blue windows. It's just amazing. As for the robot mode, it's full of METALLIC burgundy aps, making it a very, very premium looking figure. At full price, it would be worth it. at 9$+tx, you'd be nuts to pass.

I also got RID2015 Steeljaw and he is great looking (love how his vehicle mode is a wolfhead profile ) but I cannot understand why he doesn't have an elbow joint... am I doing something wrong?

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Congrats. That trip to TRU paid off.
Pull on Steeljaws fore arm. It slides down to reveal his elbow. Be careful though. Took me a minute to figure it out too.

I have pulled it out as far as I can, but his elbows won't bend. Maybe I don't have it fully extended? Or maybe mine is too tight?
EDIT: Okay, okay, I got it. I just hadn't pulled it HARD enough. Like i had it 1mm off.
