So my broken Grapple impulse buy must have really been an elaborate setup by Target and Hasbro to have me return Grapple and find Earthrise Leader Prime and 2 more botbots series 4 8-packs needed to get closer to completing the series. Yeah, I'll go with that over my lack of willpower.

So many of you have found Earrhrise. Luckies! Could we get some pics of their alt modes? But i’ve At least been able to find the new SS’s. Soundwave slipped out of my fingers, but I’m really having fun with the ones I’ve found. I’m just lucky that the motorcycle rang up for me at the checkout, because Hot Rod and Bumblebee still weren’t in the system. Luckily the lady working the checkout decided to still sell them at the same price. I’m really losing faith in that Meijer cause they only received one box with 8 deluxes, and couldn’t even get them all into the system. But I’m not trying to complain because there’s so much good stuff coming out.

Did see Earthrise Optimus Prime, Astrotrain, Grapple, and the Micromasters at Target, but I passed on them in hoping there's a sale somewhere soon (plus I ordered Grapple and Starscream on Pulse during Black Friday). I did pick up Studio Series Mixmaster since he's short packed and I'm already starting to see Megatron accumulate on shelves at Walmart and Target and not sure we'll see a better price online before they become scarce. Shame because in Walmart stores they've taken $3 off the price of SS Voyagers.

Also got my order in from Barnes & Noble. Ordered the Nemesis Prime Furai Model, it was indeed the IDW version despite having the picture of the Studio Trigger version on the site. Also picked up a black Gundam marker (which is really useful on a black figure...) for the free shipping. Not bad for under $40 after tax (the model alone is $40 before tax).

Back from shopping and Earthrise is finally here at TrU! However, no sales mean limited purchases. I only got Starscream at full 40$CAN. However, I have 90 days of price warranty in case of a sale thanks to Club R.

The weapon masters are on clearance at only 3.50$CAN. At that price, why not?

That Astrotrain, however... I never thought I'd buy it...
But here he was, at Walmart. The only one left above a 70$CAN price tag. I took my chances to scan it because it's the Siege edition...
And he was at 39$CAN! 1$ cheaper than a voyager! At that price, I had to take him home. :DANCE:

Just came back from a deal made with a local guy.
I got one of my "unconscious Grail". Meaning a toy I want very much, but not enough to pay the Ebay price.

Lo and behold, MACHINE WARS OPTIMUS PRIME! :michaelbay:

Complete, unbroken, in almost brand new condition with the box and even the used sticker sheet. For only 60$CAN!

And man, does that thing is GLORIOUS!

On a business trip and found a couple of roommates for the hotel. Also added another state to the growing list states that I've found TF's for the collection (up to 11 states and 2 other countries).

Yep, especially the part where I get to enjoy them in peace and quiet without any kids around. And pro-tip bonus, I left just enough room in my bag specifically for 2 voyager boxes in the event that I found them.

I am, and I remain a huge fan of that Jetfire.

This is a great toy too. And he's big, it's great to have an imposing toy like this that is 1 unit that is fun to swoosh around! i think he will go down in my collection as Skyfire, so he and Jetfire can coexist together
