Here is my weird af haul. A leader class toy from studio series broke so I wrote to Hasbro and asked if they had any to replace mine. They said they would send me something of equal. Value if they had no studio series leaders. Below is what I got.
So now we know that Hasbro has totally sold out of their studio series leaders but still have 2017 sdcc exclusives just rotting away.

Got two more Seacons in from Hasbro Pulse. Oddly this took over a week to get to me despite shipping from Pennsylvania and only needing to come to Connecticut. But whatever.
Really love all of these guys so far. Snaptrap is packing some serious firepower! Now to play the waiting game for the last two!

From Amazon, I have SS86 Kup at last!
He look awesome in both modes but that weird transformation was not easy to figure out. Also, what's up with his detachable arms?
Then from eBay, the Platinum Grimlock VS Bruticus set, bought for below 100$can plus shipping! This may be my 4th version of this Grimlock mold. Despite the shiny chrome, he look quite bland. As for FOC Bruticus, he's as horrible as I remember (having owned and sold the G2 version years ago). But at least I finally have him in the RIGHT colors so his cheapness is forgiven.

That's what I'm doing as well, except I haven't even opened mine. Kinda want to open them all at once. I got mine on Sunday, which was a surprise considering it was a holiday weekend. I guess it was Fedex's way of making it up to me for screwing up my delivery of Baldigus. I had to call their customer service to track it down because the package was misplaced. Yeah he looks great in reviews and photos. I can't wait to put him together this weekend. He'll be displayed with CR Black Convoy going against my custom Omega Prime and Super Sideburn. Anytime someone goes out of their way to get a UW set, I feel a great sense of pride for that person. Well Done 
. I spent (what I felt) was a LOT of money tracking them ALL down when they were still fairly new. I can't imagine what it is like now. But congrats to you. As someone who owns them all, I'll say you will never be disappointed.
Speaking of Bucket List items, I guess the good thing about purchasing fewer new minaline items is that it has given me more time to focus on the super rare items I want. I have 2 items that are currently being customized for me. Once I get those, I'll then only have 4 items left on my bucket list, with 12 items on pre-order all coming in the latter half of 2021.

I was at Five Below looking for a wireless phone charger and found Authentics Ratchet for the first time. It isn't a great figure, the arms really get in their own way, but it looks OK standing still. It does do some really cool things with its transformation, especially the legs which collapse in a way I would love to see on regular figures, it's that smart! He's also really heavy for a figure its size thanks to the thick plastic and heavy pins (which were shown as mushroom pegs on the package).

Yesterday, Amazon FINALLY delivered my Kingdom Dinobot! This time, the thing was put in an envelope and was used as a football by the delivery guys.
By moral principle, I'm pissed but in reality I don't care because the box go straight to the recycling bin.
Dinobot have the best bot mode ever. But the raptor look like it was savagely gutted by some beast. So far, he's the weakest link in my Kingdom Beast collection. I didn't expected that.
As for today, I went TF hunting with my friend at the flea market and other places. Flea markets are weird. You have those rare sellers who know the "true value" of transformers. Then there's those who overestimate their garbage (50$CAN for a scrap BW Optimus Primal LOL). The ones you really want to find are those sellers who have nice stuff and who just don't give a fox.
So I found that seller who had a PCC Bombshock and a Classic Optimus Prime. Both in perfect condition but missing all accessories. How much? How about 2$CAN for Bombshock and 3$CAN for Optimus sound?
To finish the hunt, we went to other places and I finally found something at E.B Games with Select "G2" Megatron. 36$CAN plus taxes with my Edge Platinum membership was as low as I'll ever get for him so I went for it.
That Megatron is super nice! I added a
on both the tank turret and his chest to make him complete.
Today was a good day!

I never posted it, but I got that G2 Megs about 2 weeks ago. I don't know why, but that Megatron mold is really good. If I cared for his other iterations, I'd buy all 8 or 9 of him. As it is, I own G2, the 35th anniversary, and the soon-to-be-released spoiler box version. That will be enough.

I have the first voyager Netflix, the G2 select, and soon, the Shattered Glass if everything goes well. Those are the most significant for me.
The vanilla ones are too plain and the first Select mean nothing to me. TlDr; 3 is enough for me too.
That is, unless they release the IDW gladiator/mine worker Megatron. Then he would be my 4th.

So this was actually a two-part haul, but X-Brawn came in today (also my birthday)- thus completing a childhood wish! I love this trio; I had normal colours Sideburn as a kid, so having all three brothers (albeit in the super mode colours) is deeply satisfying.

I have added another Knight to my Knight Optimus collection. I fully intend to make a full Knight Optimus display once the new Den is assembled, and this guy is sharp. Mr "must go faster" was a Target pickup and he's quite enjoyable

I have a complete G1 Bruticus but the panels covering the back of his legs are broken off. So I bought another G1 Onslaught that was in perfect condition for 44$can shipped.
Coming from the post office, I unpacked him and transformed him. Robot was perfect. Now the torso mode. Once the legs were locked in torso mode, I tried to revert him back to bot mode.
The right leg shattered.
The left leg shattered.
THE WHOLE FAUX-KING THING SHATTERED ON THE SIDEWALK.
Jesus mother effing Christ....

To feel better I just unloaded a bunch of unwanted figures at my local geek store and I got some pretty interesting stuff.
I'll get into the details tomorrow when I'll be less tired.
