Got my copy of Legacy Soundwave on Thursday…
I won’t post any sort of full review, but for me, this is a pretty underwhelming figure.
I never opened my NF version so this is the first time I’ve had this figure opened, in-hand. I also know my thoughts aren’t a result of having high hopes.
But unlike quite a few other figures, I definitely don’t see this as a definitive version; there are a few major flaws, and quite a few small ones as well.
I did think this was going to tide me over and have me feeling okay if a SS86 Soundwave doesn’t happen. But it’s done the exact opposite. I guess I did get Buzzsaw. Woot.

I got my Bludgeon and Ruckus set and Legacy leader Buzzsaw from Amazon yesterday. I'm waiting to open Buzzsaw in case he shows up at Target and on sale during the Amazon return window.

Haven't seen much in the way of new stuff since TFOne figures hit, they take up a lot of space in stores. Did find the Earthspark Twitch and Robby 2 pack for under $9 at Target (the other set was still full price, thanks for being weird, Target). Got that and went ahead and also got the Funko Pop toy style Megatron.

Also finally got my SS86 Swoop from the BBTS POL.

And I guess I forgot to post here that I got my Amazon Bludgeon 2 pack last Monday from Pulse, I think I only posted in the Legacy section.

Picked up SS86 Springer on sale from Target yesterday. Managed to get him for $39.99 before tax with a price match to their online price of $49.99 and then the $10 off $40 Target circle deal.

My local Toys R Us had had ENOUGH of Red Cog shelfwarming since over 2 years. So they segregated the 7 copies they still had left on some hidden clearance table, far away from the other overpriced Transformers.
Price: 15$, down from 55$+ originally! (On sale forever at 32/40$)

Me and my friend bough 2 each.

I'll use mines for whatever and my friend left me one of his (along 3 cans of paint) for a custom project I'll be making him.

I did a quick drop at my local geek store.
Lo and behold, Gamer Ratchet!

I find him too small to be a voyager, but the bot backpack is genius (clever arm storage!) and the transformation was challenging yet fun to figure out.

Finally received the Xaaron/Flame 2-pack a few days ago. I'm actually impressed by the Gamer Megatron voyager mold, it's even better looking in these colors. And Xaaron is... Meh. He should've been a voyages at least. He's too small, especially next to leader Selects Galvatron. But at least we got him.

I have no attachment to Flame, I'm not a big fan of the Marvel UK comics. I wonder if Flame could pass for IDW Rodimus, even with that face...?

Last chance to use the current Target discount. Picked up Legacy Side Burn and tiny TFOne Deluxe Optimus Prime as part of my order to save $20, basically made Prime free.

Also got SS86 Springer and Legacy Hot Shot in from the Amazon sale.

Got my Dinoking set from Pulse Saturday. Three things about the set struck me right away.

1. Plastic Windows
2. It's a bigger box that I expected
3. They made the bad decision to tape the paper-wrapped accessories on at the top of the box where it's visible rather than the large space to the right where the hands and feet are kept.

I will keep an eye out on the wrapped accessories. Nothing as egregious on mine but good to know.

Finally got my Pulse Dinoking!

And thank God this COLLECTIBLE have a box with a plastic window. I'll open it, obviously, but it's for the principle. Plus the box is quite small so it will be easy to keep.

Got my G1 cartoon colors Optimus Prime and Bombshell with Ramhorn from Walmart.com this morning. It only just shipped at 10pm last night and arrived 12 hours later. I'm still blown away by that.

If I'd paid around 15$CAN more, I could have my 40th G1 Prime right now from Pulse. But my card is a wee bit in the red so by saving 15$CAN, I can (and will have to) wait until the 18th of November to get it from walmart.ca.

Picked up Studio Series RotB Bumblebee from BBTS. I was waiting for a sale and a few months ago they were still easily found everywhere, but now they've all dried up, BBTS is the last place that had it still at MSRP that I've seen. Also got the two new ROTB DNA upgrade kits from BBTS which is why it was important to get Bee.
