You were lucky to have it at all at your local Walmart. Especially to the point of having it on clearance.
In my neck of the wood, both the Walmarts I have access to never, ever had the thing in stock. I had to order mines and my friend's from AliExpress. And I was "lucky" that the price was just around the full price that I would have paid in store, if I include the shipping costs.
