^ Yeah, that's a little bit skeevy. Sometimes small stores ask for cash so they don't have to report it for taxes and they make more profit that way. But yeah, illegal. And they normally still take it at the register.

My Powered Commander trailer just arrived. It looks pretty awesome. I wasn't entirely sure how the weight/size/texture would be, but am quite happy. Unfortunately, my Classics Optimus is still in transit.

Been a while since I updated. Obtained a decently-sized Junker lot. Only the Energon Starscream and maybe RID prowl are anything to scream about...

RID Prowl minus weapons and left leg.
Movie Starscream first release, no missiles, fins, or lower legs.
Movie Starscream silver release, same problems as above *grumble*
Energon Starscream G1 redeco minus sword, one missile and for some reason the front of both feet.
Energon Ironhide first release minus entire top piece and right lower arm.
G1 Astrotrain, minus weapons and in a pretty bad way. I had to tighten a pin for one of the side flaps.

And for my recent thrift store purchase, ROTF Wheelie complete (Why I bothered is anybody's guess...)

HftD Highbrow and "Give me your face" Fallen.

I'm actually digging the Boo-berry colors on the Fallen and the staff and new head sculpt make a world of difference, IMO. Highbrow is just awesome.

Bought a RID Sideburn in, and I quote: "Poor condition" from eBay. If by "Poor condition" he meant "Perfect condition except missing a tire", which is what I got, I wonder what his standards are for "Good condition"... I got lucky this time, only seven bucks including shipping!

My Classics Optimus arrived today. It met all my expectations. Some of the joints were stiff to the point that I was worried about breaking them, but better that than the other end of the spectrum.

Anyway, after transforming it a couple times, I attached the FP powered commander trailer. The size increase to Prime is more than I expected, but that is not a complaint. There is now no doubt that I will pick up the FP Protector. I completely love and recommend everyone get Powered Convoy... Diacron... Optimus-Ra... whatever I decide to call this cool toy.

I went to a toy and collectible show today expecting to see TF galore. I was disappointed. A few really high priced sellers had some Altinators, the USB hub Blaster, some complete (or so they thought)G2's. Very sparse selection.

I came away with a nice kickback with box and gun for 20. Ebayish price but he was in such good condition I said what the heck.

I wanted to go back for the G1 prime with box, missing hands and roller for $20.

) and at the very same TRU I just bought Banzi-Tron at, I found a Bludgeon! Of course, now when I finally do find Blur and/or Dirge, I won't have money to buy them. Ah, well, I just have to hope and find some after I get birthday and Christmas funds coming in. :lol:
