Here's a headline for you: they were free when buying 3,000 Yen (like $35) worth of United product at certain stores. Add import costs and mark-ups, you've earned your United figures back. So I'd direct my anger more towards the stores than towards TakaraTomy. I'm actually doing that right now.

Jelze is right - the likes of BBTS and Robotkingdom are the ones at fault here, not TakaraTomy.
How can they justify a $50 price tag for a minicon?
