thats awesome that they got Peter Cullen, but why another new Megatron? i mean Frank Welker was used in the movie games and since this version looks like G1, why didnt they just use him again? he sounded fine to me in his games.

but yeah watching this, i was thinking what an awesome cartoon series it would make, they should totally do that...or least make a DTV movie or something.

Looks like I finally found my excuse to buy a PS3...

I really hope the game can live up to the expectations this trailer has set!

It's coming out for the 360 as well. So I'm hoping it'll be the same quality there.

Character designs... wow. War Within Prime's altmode turning into Animated's robot mode, set in a War Within timeline, with certain bayformer touches (BB's arm cannon, for example) and that Ratchet looked like IDW's ratchet for a robot mode.

It's... beautiful... *sniff* :shock:

I cannot wait for this game

But the only problem is that it says Xbox 360 trailer. Does this mean that it only comes out for that system? I am hoping to get it for PS3. Also, some of the people say they see ratchet. I don't see him anywhere. Could someone please tell me where he is on the trailer. Thanx. Macdaddy223 signing off.

It's a multi-platform title. One (main) version for PS3, X360 and PC. One for Wii and one for NDS.

LONG shot? I would say it's a virtual certainty what with Hasbro's tendency to pimp the Transformers license like streetwalkers, lol. They already have a prototype for a Prime toy, right?

Game hits the shelves in June. Toys will be on the shelves by Christmas. Remember, You heard it from GS first.

Sadly, I'll probably buy them too, lol.

I think this would make a great t.v show, even with the animation they are already using. Heck, it would be better than the Bay movies...

Personally I like Megatron's and Prime's voices it makes them sound younger, and from the game description this game takes place around the time Megatron had just rallied the troops and Prime had been chosen by the Matrix, so having them sound younger makes sense (I imagine that this is Megatron's pre yelling at Starscream voice).

I am amazed at the level of the response for this game. I don't think the fanbase has been this excited since before the first movie came out.

Ten to one they will do collectors edition with transformers figure included that will either be optimus prime or megatron depending on if you choose the autobot or decepticon collectors edition.

Cool trailer, now they need release a trailer with actual gameplay in it. That is when I'll decide wheather or not to buy it.

Very nice. Should get Burton or Kaye to voice Megatron imo. Stop the age bashing on Cullen please does a better job than alot of you could do. Im learning to do radio announcing and I tell ya it's not as easy to do as you think. I own a Wii but would prefer my PC for this one. Hopefully my specs as enough to run it, if not I'll upgrade stuff.
