Okay, here's my list:

Definite Buys
Shockwave (even though I hate paying Leader price for likely only using the Voyager potion)
Reflector x3 (assuming I can find enough)
Flywheels, possibly 2 if he is cross compatible with Battletrap so I can make Battlewheels and Flytrap
Brunt - Awesomeness
Almost Forgot Omega Supreme, no way I'm passing on a titan

On the Fence
Megatron (looks awesome, but I already have CW and TR megs and like them both)
Starscream (If I do, then I want a minimum of the main 3, otherwise, I'm fine with the CW versions)

No Thanks
Soundswave - bot mode looks awesome, then I saw the alt mode, I was still on the fence, then I saw...
Lazerbeak - man, what an ugly head and 1 side of the cassette looks terrible
Ravage - looks decent, but since he's sold with Lazerbeak, it will be a no for me.
To me those 3 are either bought together or passed on together, there is no in between. Considering I just finished the TR main cassettes with Frenzy, I'm kind of happy to pass on this one. I don't want to wait another 2 years to finish off the cassettes.

This is the first line since I got back into collecting (T30) that I'm finally being picky and choosy with. My wallet really appreciates this, and I actually do as well.

I have my Titans Return Megatron deco'ed as Lost Light's Autobot Megatron (got a face replacement too). I might get this Megatron so they can duke it out. And throw in TR Galvatron to the fight just to make sure they're all confused.
Check out my books, Titanomachies and Divine Retribution, on my blog!

To be honest, the thing I want the most out of the whole Siege reveal? That display setting!!! Seriously, I'd drop like $200 on that in a heartbeat.

My guess is that it's hand made as it resemble the kind of custom terrain you'd see for a Warhammer 40 000 table.

You know what option and/or modification would make 'Super Shockwave' better? If those two extra arms bad some way of folding the guns away to expose 5mm ports to add weaponizer guns and battlemasters. :-?

I'm hoping to go the other direction and give his armor parts to other bots as additional weaponry. His "shoes" look like could be mounted on arms or shoulders, and his backpack might be able to be broken up into sections and transferrable.

I haven't seen this ability mentioned anywhere, and we know Magnus's armor won't work on Optimus, so this could be a pipe dream.

Soundwave's design seems less like 'armor' like Magnus and more like a built-in-and-included Weaponizer without a robot mode.

think i've gone off megatron. I don't like that head sculpt. Much happier with the scaled down CW head I've got on my Titans Return Megs.

Shockwave still bugs me. I like the core figure and he's a nice G1 Shocky with tons of extra detail. Just..that silly backpack that absolutely ruins the look of him when he's wearing it and since it makes him leader class it likely puts me right out of my price range and all i wanted to do was have a g1-esque shocky to do a ARE ALL DEAD display piece with. i could buy the KO of the MP cheaper than a leader class figure
I have anxiety, depression and aspergers syndrome so my behaviour can be erratic. I don't mean offense to anyone. Just very picky about my Transformers collecting. You're all cool! :)

Likes: Bayverse, Marvel UK G1, Geoff Senior art, '86 movie (more for style/soundtrack rather than Star Wars plot)
Dislikes: Bumblebee movie (lousy rehashed dumb crud), TFA, G1 cartoon, IDW G1, BW/BM, MP. The entire concept of Autobot Megatron

Interesting alt mode for Soundwave almost like a armored transport to carry his cassette troops, definitely better than a lamp post

Well, having now seen the reveals here, color me sort of flat.

There is some exciting stuff here, but also a lot of... ugh.

We'll start small: I love me some Micromasters, cool!

Ravage doesn't look overly good, and it kinda sucks that the minions for Soundwave are going to take up precious battlemaster/micromaster space, whichever price point they well at. Though I would not mind the Frumble pair as I didn't get those ones from TR.

Flywheels! You're looking good buddy! and a pleasant Brunt and Reflector surprise! I really wish Reflector was smaller though, so I don't need to get 3 deluxes to complete his camera mode. Brunt is spectacular. And with that, we have 2 confirmed and 1 more rumored Titan partner!

The rest? Wow, duds. Megs is the one that looks the best, and I love the sword and alt mode, but the figure there looks really flat and I don't think it really has enough battle damage. It's sort of lame for what I was hoping for. If anything, he will be the 1 voyager I buy from the line though.

Soundwave has made the decision to get his Bee movie counterpart so easy. He looks not very good. The chest seems really large, and that alt mode is so half-assed. Make him a space boombox or armored car, not that.

That Tetrajet is pathetic. Nope.

Shockwave... what the hell. There is no reason to make him a leader. His armor is basically most of himself a 2nd time, and it really only works in combined alt mode. And that's even if there is an uncombined alt mode for him. It's really not impressive, more like a weaponizer that is missing a big chunk of robot mode. That is not what I was hoping for, and it makes me extremely happy he didn't win the fan vote if this is what we're getting.

So yeah, the big names here are really flat and on a scale of one to suck are between "blah" and "hell yeah they suck"

At least the smaller names kick ass

HasTak, what are you doing to me? All this show-accuracy.. I don't have space for everything. Not to mention the price adds up. (And look at that Cybertron-style Laserbeak!)

Hmm, already have the four core Decepticons in MP form.. so I'm undecided, kind of wish it were Galvatron instead of Megatron, because he'd go better on the CHUG/Rebirth shelf.

Flywheels is something I was looking forward to, and I'm that glad they went with the original Duocon gimmick (otherwise it's two individual robots that combine.. rather than one Transformer that splits his consciousness between two vehicles.) And that purple tank could be interesting. And of course Reflector (wonder if there's an MP edition coming soon.)

Ah, want them all. Still strongly dislike the dirt and sratches though.

Camera mode requires 3 Reflector figures -- each sold separately.

Alright, I finally have time to submit my thoughts on all of this. I'm so glad the diorama had additional reveals, as if all we got were those first pictures, I would have been annoyed and disappointed. Not that the figures aren't good or anything, but those first characters they showed were the ones they can barely make a TF toyline without Decepticon-wise, that's not really surprising or all that interesting anymore.

But ignoring that, thoughts on the individual figures:
Megatron: The mold looks really good, like the use of the tank cannon to form the weapons, and the tank mode itself is very imposing, but I really don't need a new Megatron, so I'll pass unless they reuse the mold as someone I am interested in.
Starscream: Basically the same reaction. I'm down for tetra jets, but I don't need a Starscream or a Skywarp, and I don't have any interest or attachment regarding Thundercracker, so I will only be getting it if they make more than just the base 3 Seekers or if something happens to make me want Thundercracker.
Soundwave:...eh. Don't need a new Soundwave, and the alt mode doesn't really look like anything, so easy pass. He does have LIGHT PIPING though, as does Starscream it looks like, which is a welcome return.
Shockwave: I see he's been time-traveling again, except now he made armor out of himself instead of Onyx. The alt mode looks really cool, and the dedicated G1ers can absolutely get a gun submarine mode from that, but I'm not entirely sold on the multi-armed robot mode, and I don't need a new Shockwave anyway, so tentative pass.
Refraktor: Here's where it gets interesting. This was unexpected, given the nature of this guy/guys, but I think they executed it in the best way possible and I want at least one. I like that they made it so they can still do the combining thing, but also that you can just buy one and have him still have an alt mode. Plus, small name/less famous Cons have been really attracting my attention lately, and I think I like his new name better than the original, so I'm sold.
Flywheels Skytread: Okay, this is a mixed bag. He looks great, and he comes with actual guns unlike Battletrap, which I am happy about. What I don't like though is the talk of him possibly not having separate bot modes like Battletrap. I'm still excited to get him, but I will not be convinced that he doesn't split into Skywheels and Flytread until I have him in-hand.
Brunt: Yes, instant buy. Evil Weaponizer, check, purple, check, big-ass gun/tank mode, check, cool head sculpt and bot design, check, Vehicon vibes, check. He hits everything I wanted and criteria I didn't know I was looking for until I saw him.
Micromasters: Still not interested in any Micromasters I've seen yet, although I might get my girlfriend the Cassette two-pack as plane friends to help with her flight anxiety (she took my Energon Command Ravage on her last trip and it helped a bunch)
Blowpipe: Meh, no.

So overall, at least one Refraktor, Skytread, Brunt, future Seekers hopefully, and maybe cassettes are now on the purchase list, and Siege continues to be a interesting mixed bag of a line.

Oh, and I guess we now know what that leaked Spy Patrol team name was about.

Hasbro, I'll admit. You briefly had me looking at this new toyline, but so far, I've only actually looked at 9 or 10 of the figures revealed and thought "Wow, I like that". Currently my list is at

Buy if I can:
Ultra Magnus
Lionizer
Cog
Brunt
All the Autobot Micromasters
Lazerbeak and Ravage

Maybe:
Shockwave -Love the armor idea. But I'm not sold on the dark purple colors. Gonna wait for in hand images before deciding
Reflector -Not sold on having to buy three of the same figure. If I can find all three at a discount that makes them $10 each, I'll buy
Omega Supreme -Not much revealed other than he's the titan. I've never been a fan of the idea of taking apart a Transformer just to switch him between modes. But if he has a decent robot mode and hopefully some kind of spaceship mode like the original WFC game version, then I'll buy
Flywheels- Hate that they got rid of the individual robot modes for the vehicles. I loved the fact that I could pretend Battletrap got an upgrade that allowed him to have robot modes for his components and utilize them both similar to how he uses the vehicle modes already, just with a bit more versatility. I might pick him up just for Battlewheels and Flytrap. As is though I'm really disappointed with him

Not planning to buy
The rest of them. They all look too G1 for me. I get that that's this line's aesthetic and people love anything G1, but personally I never cared for the blocky designs and it annoys me how they clearly look like they should have their Earth modes but don't. Starscream being the particular highlight of this. And I get that it was like that in More Than Meets the Eye, but I preferred how Animated did it in a way that you recognized the character immediately, but they still looked different to their Earth bodies. Oh well, at least my wallet won't die as quickly as it did with the previous lines

Hello. Just thought I’d share my two cents. Shockwave looks awesome. Laserbeak is cool. Brunt has a sweet robot mode now. Someday, I will paint Battleslash, Roadtrap, and Skyttead to be the Combaticons. I was really hoping for Skytread to be made in the same style as Battletrap for that to work, and it looks like he is. Oh, right. The little robot modes.

Nah, looks too good to be a digibash. Besides, it was included with official images of Brunt, so I doubt that's the case (This is where I found it, by the way).
