The siege line has been killing it and has become my favorite toy line. The only thing that is hate to accept is the prices. I was at targer with ultra magnus in my hand and it felt like i was 10 again. Then insaw the price tag. $50?!!!! Such a diffult decision to put it back on the shelf. I remember the good days of beast wars when it was $5 for basics, $10 for deluxes, $20 for mega and $30 for ultra.

I will be picking that bad boy up. He looks great - just as good as the third party offerings, and he's half the price, and is plenty big enough to be displayed with Masterpiece line, which is really all I collect. Thank you Has/Tak for that....now if you guys can just improve you MP release schedule, and drop that damn MP Hound...

You know, as much as I don’t care for his alt-mode, Omega certainly has that imposing stature down pat in robot mode. He really looks good in a battle scene.
Back at it again!

Awe inspiring, but...
Is it the lighting and paint playing tricks, or is the orange claw translucent plastic? Did we already know this, and how well will that hold up over time if displayed in base mode with the rocket standing up?
As good as any 3P indeed, but I hope an off-brand replacement for those 3 pieces doesn't become necessary. Eagerly awaiting more pics.

1. How is anyone suppose to know any of these questions you’re asking? We are all seeing this for the first time and 2. None of it is necessary. If you don’t want transparent pieces that’s up to you. It’s not like a lot of weight is going to be placed on it.

He has every right to be concerned, translucent plastic tends to be a little weaker than solid colored plastic. We don't need to have seen the figure before now to know this, we can tell from experience with other figures. They were transparent in the CG stock images we saw before, but I'm not sure if people really noticed it at the time. It's definitely something people are going to not like, Bumblevivisector is not alone on this. Personally I'm indifferent, but would have preferred solid orange. I will say the parts do look pretty thick and are probably stronger than, say, a thin windshield.
But man, that rocket is massive! Insert "that's what she said" joke here. It appears to have an opening hatch to stick Micromasters in, you can see Countdown standing on it at the top. I wonder if a portion of it also stores in his legs or something, not just his back?

The claws may be clear plastic, but how much weight will it actually have to hold? Considering the play value that might be within that rocket, the rocket could actually be pretty light.

Okay, so sorry I 1. Posed any sort of general question about one part of this highly anticipated and expensive reveal, and 2. -considered the possibility that this might have already been addressed elsewhere, as I'm not omniscient. Sheesh.
And what, someone mentioned that it DOES come with optional opaque parts? I don't understand your second-to-last sentence.
And for the record, regardless, this looks as awesome as I'd hoped.

That rocket is huge!
That’s what she said
Definitely looking forward to seeing more of him. I’m wondering how they get the rocket to be that extended.

So excited for Omega Supreme. Can't wait. He might be my most anticipated Titan. I do like thr translucent claw in Rocket mode, looks like thrust plumes spreading out along the ground. But I understand concerns about longevity on those parts.
So base transformation, is it really as simple as taking the Tank out of the torso and doing the splits, then connecting the track? Not complaining mind you, seems easy though. Wondering where the redt of the rocket goes though.

That Omega is pretty boss! I may get him after all.
For those concerned with the translucent claw, maybe it's a kinda rubbery plastic that is a bit flexible. It would be logic because it's less slippery for the rocket to stand and the bot can grab things more easily. Plus less breakage too.

Re: Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege Discussion Thread
I love this guy, almost certainly getting him.
On the size of the rocket, it looks like the left hand extends, but I cant figure out where the ribbed bits of the rocket come from. They look like they are straight after either hand, but confusingly the grooves in the rocket that look like thats where it slots into the shoulder blades are another section further up. I just hope its not additional parts-forming.
