I had to do a double take on this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Transformers-Roa ... EZP747WYN2
Usually Amazon themselves don't get pictures (obviously the description says Road Patrol). Unfortunately THIS being a Target exclusive, its probably not a mater of *Hey you shipped me the wrong thing*, best case scenario, you would probably just get your $10 refunded, not really a chance of getting this actual item for $10...

Bucket/Want List: Botcon 2016 Customization Class Ratchet (G2 Deco), or Customization Class Ratchet (Marvel Comics Deco) **would also be willing to pay for an Unpainted Botcon 2016 Ratchet, TT Legends Fortress Head (only) with working Electronics

You'll just get the off road patrol. You can see what people got in the images in the comments section.

Re: Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege Discussion Thread
Anyone have got any good fan-modes for Reflector? I've seen people achieve Perceptor & Soundwave like alt-modes, and a big robot made of maybe six Reflector bodies.
But extra points for something like this --

BTW transformed him into his "individual" mode today for the first time. Not exactly sure what it's supposed to be (a space ship?) but was impressed with all the tabs.

Dont think that would be possible even with all the milliputty in the world. Though you can give ultra magnus soundwaves weapons on his shoulders, transforming him into Ultrasound...he can then determine if a protoform is going to be autobot or decepticon.

Oh, cool. It's nice to see how the head works. Though, don't know if it's just how Takara has everything lit for promo shots, but Apeface's white plastic just looks iffy to me

Shame about jet mode, and the battledamge looks like bot modes been rolling around in glitter. Definitely picking him up though and looking forward to a snap dragon to go with him.

So I got the SDCC Reflector set the other day, and I gotta say, I love it. Play value and 'fun' are not things I really care about in my figures anymore. My life is far busier than it used to be, and my figures are pretty much just display piece these days.
That said, this set is fun, a lot of fun. The different colors really set it apart from what I see as the blandness and just plain boring nature of the Siege line.
I love it, couldn't recommend it more.

I wasnt saying it as a bad thing, part of me likes it, part of me doesn't and then there is the part of me that would totally be rolling around in glitter when ever I get the chance to do so. Thats why I dont have pritt stick in the house.

For me too. Look more like candle wax than anything else. It's weird. Let's hope the in-hand pictures are better.
I still can't get over that garbage "jet" mode, but the PERFECT robot mode and that rocking ape mode more than compensate for that flaw.

Takara's stock photos of Jetfire had this effect too. Looked a lot darker than the figure actually is.

I've been noticing this a lot since brand unification, Takara's stock photos of general releases seem to be darker and not always good representations of the final product. Generally Takara does better stock photos in terms of showing off the figure, but Hasbro seems to do better at balancing the lighting to make it look closer to the final product

I want apeface even more now. That monkey face without mouth can be used as an original character face, in case anyone wants to do a custom OC with TR molds as a base.
A bit annoyed with the robot arm clearly hanging on the monkey leg, but i guess it is G1 accurate, so that is where everyone wants it to be. Eh, oh well.

New Stock Images Showing Final Deco for Siege Apeface, Crosswise and More
- Motto: "'till All Are One"
Takara has new images for the upcoming Transformers War for Cybertron Siege voyager Apeface, deluxe Crosshairs and Micromasters combiner Direct Hit and Power Punch. These give us our best look at the finished deco and what that might look like in unfavourable lighting conditions, as you will see. While Apeface's white may look too off white, it might just be that it is pearlescent. We also see what the battle damage will look like on his legs, along with a good look at this jet mode. As with all triple changers, one mode will always get the short straw and as with his G1 toy and any Braodside toy, it is the jet mode. We do get to see exactly what the Titan Master turns into. Crosswise is a redeco of Ironhide with a new head and sports some pretty cool tampographs that give callbacks to the original toy.
These are due out for the 2019 holiday season at all retailers that carry

Crosswise?
I think Apeface continues to look good, save for the white looking weird in that lighting and his ape neck being mistransformed by the looks of it. I'm still a bit hesitant to use Takara's stock photos as proof of final color schemes though, after the unpainted guns they showed with Magnus and Brunt.

Sigh... I wanted to like Apeface. I had the G1 version back in the day. But after 30 years, this was seriously the best they could do? Lawful heart, that off-white plastic looks like badly melted cheese.

We will have to wait for the in-hand pictures to she his real colors. Maybe that candle-wax white will not be so bad.
Also, after playing around with Siege Ratchet, I really want Crosswise and Ironhide. That mold is awesome in it's simplicity.

Will, you accidentally called Crosshairs "Crosswise" at one point. I'm pretty sure he is not a monster-hunting Bugatti Veyron
That is DEFINITELY a pearlescent white on Apeface. Only pearlescent plastic has that sheen. It should look just fine in person. I mean, it looks great on this guy:

As for the chunky jet mode... Since they were going for resemblance to the G1 design, there was no helping it on account of the twonk who designed the original giving him oblong beast limbs. A larger wingspan would probably help the looks, but price point strictures are a thing.,, All the same, Apeface is still a "Shut up and take my money" toy for me.
Speaking of "Shut up and take my money"...

Recently acquired Springer, and I find him a joy to look at and play with.

As far as I'm concerned regarding Springer: SIEGE Rules, Thrilling 30 drools!

Well, okay, the transforming rotor sword is nice. But occasionally lending that to SIEGE Springer is the ONLY thing keeping me from putting the T30 version (which I only bought as filler) up for trade.
