Both are different scales though and would be for different purposes. I dont really get why we would be comparing the two.
A better comparison might be who to get between the classics Voyager, the Combiner Wars Voyager, the Titans Return voyager and this new Siege Voyager.
Or you can do like I did and get all of them. But if you must choose, go with whichever you think you will like to look at the most when it's on the shelf and whichever you think will give you the most play value. It's all about what you're getting the figure for.william-james88 wrote:A better comparison might be who to get between the classics Voyager, the Combiner Wars Voyager, the Titans Return voyager and this new Siege Voyager.
starrhero wrote:I was mainly comparing the different scaled figures was because they are the most recent versions of G1 Prime. I was just asking which one did the style of G1 Prime the best. Sorry for not really making that clear.
I'm thinking about replacing him, too. The Voyager version seems to have even more points of articulation (wrist swivels, waist swivel) only missing the ankle pivot. He also has better weapons, more 5 mm ports and an alt mode I actually like. I only got the PotP Leader for it's evolved robot mode. It's nice to have an evolving figure just for the thought of it but I really don't care for G1 accurate Orion Pax and the alt modes. And the Matrix gimmick is nice but I can do without it.starrhero wrote:So I guess the question is who is better, Leader Potpie Optimus, or Voyager Siege Prime?
In robot mode they look pretty much the same. Only the scale is different.william-james88 wrote:Both are different scales though and would be for different purposes. I dont really get why we would be comparing the two.

Thankfully, the Nemesis Prime version having a black trailer did away with that color issue for that version.TF-fan kev777 wrote:Lunatic Prime wrote:In robot mode they look pretty much the same. Only the scale is different.
Except for the grey on the arms from the trailer that puts many people off. Not me, I don't mind it and like the PotPie version for scale and the robot mode, but that was a huge complaint against him on the boards here.

Other than Orion's huge backpack, the gray parts on Prime are my only complaint, really. It's like Hasbro wanted to go for an accurate trailer, but the trailer suffers from all kids of other problems. Color scheme is the least of it. The whole vehicle mode is garbage, IMO, even Orion's cab mode. And just like the trailer does to Prime, the cab mode screws up an otherwise pretty good Pax figure. I would have preferred a half-red trailer and an all-red Prime. Otherwise, the robot mode of the figure is pretty good.TF-fan kev777 wrote:Lunatic Prime wrote:In robot mode they look pretty much the same. Only the scale is different.

He has a 5 mm port to on his back to store his W-50 Dual-Mech ENERGON Strikeshield...
...but it looks like it needs to be a little bit raised.
Don't look at the link adressesbut so far there've been no pictures on seibertron.com to show this.

Completely agree.Wolfman Jake wrote:Surprisingly, painting almost the entire mold in black hides many of the design flaws really well.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Personally I'd like to see a redeco of Impactor, Thrilling 30 Springer, a retooled Overlord to look more like an IDW version, maybe a redeco of Battletrap into Rotorstorm, and maybe a Pyro figure. I know it's cheating to say Battletrap is one figure, but it works better for scale. I just want a Last Stand of the Wreckers box set, darnit!
