Was the recent Legends one bad? Granted if there is one Mini-Bot who need (and indeed) has been 'promoted' to full size it really needs to be Warpath. He's a friggin' tank!
I'm VERY fussy when it comes to Warpath (honestly can't explain why). I want a G1-esque tank with modern articulation, the same treatment as all the other Minibots have gotten.
It's because the Combiner Wars version Hasbro did neglected to retool his chest to add the iconic gun barrel, isn't it?
IT WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THAT HARD TO DO HASBRO!

Agreed, but for whatever reason, it seems Hasbro is loathe to retool ANY Legends class figure beyond a simple head swap.

I don't see how these two things are even comparable. Magnus is simply trading one car carrier mode for another in homage to someone that doesn't exist in Hasbro's G1 continuity, and fully maintains his G1 look all the way down to the white Prime inside. Plus we just got a really nice Magnus in CW giving them more room to do something different without angering fans. Not to mention a whole bunch white Primes without the armor. Plus, for all we know Magnus could be a pre-tool for a proper RID version.
On the other hand we've never gotten a proper update for Omega Supreme in G1 and there's no connection between him and the Ark which already exists in G1, they're already established as two different things. It would be a total waste to suddenly make them both one and the same before doing things the proper way first. They can pull something like that in Cyberverse, it doesn't belong in Generations as far as I'm concerned.
I'm honestly surprised I'm the only one that's strongly against it and thinks this is a terrible idea.

And right now we aren't getting Legends class at all. Thanks, Hasbro!

Warden stated that they don't plan on doing the other halves of teams.I'm thinking they aren't quite as dedicated to the Micro Masters (that space in the name is killing me) as they seem so I wouldn't expect playsets as some suggest.
Anyway, you missed the Air Strike Patrol and listed the Rescue patrol twice.I'm still hoping that the Spy Patrol is based on RID Spychangers. I said that before SDCC and after seeing Ultra Magnus I want that to be true all the more.
Yes, we have a Leader Class Shockwave, BUT that may actually be for the Studio Series and not WFC (how does movie Shockwave size to Prime anyway?). This list is nowhere near a certainty, but educated guesses with firm bases.
One chart I found had him at 35' like Megatron so I can't really see him as a Leader class if an equally complex Cybertronian tank like Megatron wasn't one.
Wheeljack's pretty much already a given since back when the WFC Trilogy was first announced, Wheeljack's MTMTE Part 1 altmode was mentioned as being part of where the idea for the line came from. And he was part of the two-pack fan poll that Tracks vs. Impactor won.gothsaurus wrote:• Wheeljack

We talking Movie 1 Megatron or DotM?

Now that we're talking about the possible new Voyager Seekers... let's see how many possible characters we could get out of these molds. (Assuming they aren't as bad as Potp Screamer...)
We got:
Starscream
Skywarp Lordy, Thew is gonna have a field day with this guy.
Thundercracker
Dirge
Ramjet
Thrust
Sunstorm
Bitstream
Hotlink
Nacelle Let's be honest, you only remember him because he got a TFCC figure, don't you?
Acid Storm
Ion Storm
Nova Storm
Red Wing
Sandstorm
Slipstream
Wheezing Arrow <-- Really? Wheezing Arrow? So stupid...
Also, thanks TFWiki for the list.
And now, counting all of the unnamed seekers from the G1 cartoon, since Hasbro wants to add new characters, we could use them as blank slates, we have... 37 seekers total.
Obviously, they won't make 37 toys for all those seekers, but it gives us a good reason to be excited.

Wolfman Jake wrote:While we're talking "Tetrajet Seekers" and such, what could Hasbro and Takara do to really translate the "Coneheads" into Cybertronian form? All Thundercracker and Skywarp need are different paint jobs to differentiate them from Starscream to most fans' satisfaction, but each of the Coneheads was uniquely retooled in G1. Would people be happy with simple repaints of the standard "Tetrajet" mold (whatever form it may take in War for Cybertron) as Ramjet, Dirge, and Thrust? Would we rather have the Coneheads use a modified mold compared to the season 1 Seekers? Would all three need to be wholly unique retools, or could they all share the same alternate model of Tetrajet?
Burn wrote:Just fake the cone head, wouldn't be the first time they've used fake parts.

Even Star Convoy got a mild homage in the regular TR Voyager. Unless Hasbro felt like doing their own take on God Ginrai/Apex Armor with a Magnus redeco with completely new armor tooling but I don't see it either.

On one hand I want his traditional G1 base, for strictly nostalgia reasons (getting him is a VERY vivid memory).
On the other, I really would like to see him transform into The Ark, because it seems more logical than a tank that goes around a track.
